After receiving preliminary plans that showed no changes, I requested a call to discuss my project. It took approximately ten emails and direct involvement from the owner before a call was finally scheduled. That call was recorded. Following the call, there were 79 emails exchanged regarding my project. Throughout the process, I experienced what I believe was a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge. At one point, the owner accused me of making project changes and expecting work to be performed for free. Fortunately, the communications were documented through recordings and written correspondence, which I contradict those accusations. Given my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before hiring this company.

Do not let Dr Bijay Pandey diagnose you!! We first met him in the ER for a consult and he "thought"…read moreit was probably Guillain barre syndrome. He said the motto "do no harm" kept him from the treatment for GBS because it "could" cause blood clots which "could" lead to a heart attack. They admitted my husband to the hospital and after more testing said it was GBS and Bijay Pandey was the neurologist and he repeated the whole do no harm but did NOT offer any other plan except let it run its course!!! Is he seriously denying treatment for a syndrome that causes people to become bedridden??!!! So with no treatment plan, we signed out AMA and went to Northeast GA hospital and received the same diagnosis with Dr Li with a 5 day treatment plan. What a huge difference in concern, care and compassion. Henry Piedmont room had spots of blood on the floor and filth on the floors. Didn't look like the floors had been cleaned in ages. See attached pictures. The nursing staff tried to be as helpful as possible with what the doc ordered. I hope to never have to return to Piedmont Henry except for emergency until I can be transferred to a better Just reading over more notes and he has listed diabetes and hypertension for my husband. My husband has NEVER been diagnosed with either one ever!! Just spent 5 days in Northeast GA hospital and they never diagnosed him with either!!

So I looked up the definition this is life threatening. So of course I went back. After over 4 hours and my asking questions I was finally seen. The check in staff did not listen to what I said about still having my information from Sunday and used my SS# which presented my address from the eighties when I was 20 I am now in my sixties with a different last name. Another issue. From beginning to end the only concern was how they would get paid. Not the bacteria in my blood. This place is a nightmare. Who are these people. I was truly expecting Ashton to come out the back to say you have been you know the rest. I am so shocked. I pray to God that I will never have to go back there again because it could mean my life. I am praying that them saying I was ok to go home was correct. Sepsis and is really serious. THIS IS THE OLD GRADY AT A NEW LOCATION WITHOUT THE EXCELLENT STAFF FOR STOKES. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE DO. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS!! IS THERE A NEGATIVE SOMETHING I CAN GIVE!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT PLEASE. I HAD TO DO 1 star to POST

I'm extremely disappointed with how my recent case was handled by this law firm, especially given…read morethat I previously worked with them and had a good outcome. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light on a highway exit. I have clear phone footage of him admitting fault and even attempting to bribe me on camera. When I contacted the firm, they told me I had a strong case and advised me to seek immediate medical treatment, which I did through a chiropractor they were familiar with. However, the other driver then made a completely false statement to his insurance company, claiming I reversed into him -- on a highway exit -- which makes no sense. Despite having video proof of his intoxication and admission, the attorneys told me the footage "wasn't enough" due to my past accident history even though most were not my fault including the last case they handled or my personal past. Instead of fighting harder, they pivoted and focused solely on building a personal injury claim by pushing me to continue chiropractic treatment. Eventually, they said the case would have to go to trial, but that doing so could backfire because opposing counsel might bring up my personal life and past. After that, communication changed. For months, I was ignored -- no updates, no responses to emails. Then out of nowhere, nearly a year later, I received a cold, generic letter stating they were dropping my case. The next day, I heard from the chiropractor that the attorneys had notified him too. I was left with a $5,000 medical bill for treatment they advised me to undergo -- now with no support, no closure, and no justice. This entire experience has been traumatizing. I was the victim of a drunk driver, with clear evidence, yet I ended up being abandoned and blamed, and now I'm being forced to pay out of pocket for following my attorney's guidance. If you're looking for representation that fights for their clients no matter what, keeps open lines of communication, and doesn't walk away when things get complicated, I strongly recommend working with ethical attorneys who are not centered around money.

Thank you for all the help this is my second time using this firm. Great communication and service.read more
