We were warmly welcomed upon entering the studio. Front area is a beautiful boutique with a nice selection of yoga clothing and dresses (Lulu Lemon and a few other brands) mats, accessories, nice candles and books. I appreciate that there was no pressure to purchase or even shop! There are convenient cubbies to tuck things you don't want to carry into the studio room. This area is watched while you're in class. Now let's talk about class...Sarika is a lovely human and skilled teacher. Her opening message helped me to ground and prepare for what followed. Oh, the sweat! But the flow was intelligent and cueing was clear so my body was able to move from one pose to the next with stability and ease. Be prepared to sweat! They do offer a long sivasana at the end with touch. A cold, damp lavender towel is placed on your eyes and you'll be asked to raise your hand if you prefer NOT to be touched. Neck, shoulders and head massage with nice smelling essential oil. Beginners and experienced yogis will feel comfortable in this loving, comfortable space.

The check engine light came on afer a bit and it turned out to be a common issue with these trucks. They offered to fix it for free or give me a full refund. They were very helpful and understanding.
