We had originally a room at its sister hotel secured through a reservation, but the hotel had not the availability for us, so long story short they gave us an upgrade for a room here at this hotel along with an apology letter, with no charge to us. It was definitely an upgrade! The customer service was on point as was the rest of our stay. I must admit the room we were given (a 2-bedroom deal with a kitchenette) had beds that were the best we'd slept in, at least at this price range. The rest of the hotel, swimming pool/hottub, and whole layout (which was confusing at first with the hallways looking like something from The Shining, a literal maze at first) the complimentary breakfast (the same as other places BUT the scrambled eggs were to LIVE for!) were all in my opinion, top notch. I didn't get to use the gym or laundry facilities, but they looked pretty interesting as well. It was just an overall great experience for an overnight stay. Highly recommended and a future stay would be in the cards for us, most definitely! read more

How on Earth does this place have so many good reviews? Our room (116) had a smell that was so bad we worried we were carrying it with us. I think it was coming from the curtains? It was hellacious. No amount of open windows, Febreze or fragrant candles was enough to vanquish The Smell. It was like the smell was angry with us. read more

From the front desk/management team to the staff at the included-breakfast (and M,T,W) complimentary light meal reception, everyone is hospitable and aims to meet and exceed expectations. While my husband is here for work (Boeing), my son and I (and our Yorkie) are here for a mini-vacation (this is our second stay) and we love this property. I visit the area once or twice a year. While convenient to where I visit, hesitated because of the pet provision. Wasn't keen on dealing with lingering pet odors. But I must report, having stayed there four times now, pet odor has not been detected. All four rooms, single as well as suites, were clean, spacious, with full kitchens, including dishwashers. You can actually keep frozen foods, as opposed to the teeny fridges in most hotels. The couch is a sofa bed. No room service. Housekeeping visits are limited. You can ask for supplies and services, as needed. The front desk also provides some supplies after housekeeping is done for the day. Trash can be left outside the door for morning collection. One thing, USB ports would be great. Bring your own to charge phones, etc. The property is geared towards the long term/extended stay resident. The longer the stay, the cheaper the rate. If I decided to stay longer, would be here. In spite of pets and families, the rooms were quiet. Can't always say that, even at some of the "better" hotels. No extra charge for parking on site. Open and covered stalls are available. So are luggage carts. Self-serve breakfast is offered every morning. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday late afternoons there's an appetizer hot bar and drinks. Coffee is available all day. Other amenities include an indoor pool, barbecue patio, conference rooms, and no host snack corner on the lobby level. On the lower level are the adjacent laundry and exercise rooms, so you can work out while washing clothes. On the room floors, there are storage lockers for residents near the elevators. Don't know what the story is about using them. Didn't explore everywhere, so may have missed something. As an aside, next door to the property is some sort of Amazon office testing ground delivery robots. Amusing to see lines of what look like alien pods tracking single file along the sidewalk, lights blinking, sometimes stuck in a sidewalk crack, often herded by handlers in orange safety vests. Good luck with that! At night, they head back to their garage. Been going on for at least a year now. For the most part, the front desk folks are personable and helpful. But nothing is 100% perfect. Checking out, I mentioned I'd be back the next week and asked if I could take one of the many cheap ball point pens in two holders on the counter. It was a drizzly day, in the Pacific Northwest?, and planned to get postcards to send to my calabash nephews who are 4 and 6. Didn't want the water soluble inks in the pens I had to get smeared. Well this unpleasant clerk said "No!" I would have promised to return it the next week, but her sullen demeanor threw me. Probably shouldn't have asked, just taken it. But not how I was raised. In this case, definitely easier to ask for forgiveness rather than permission. After leaving, realized she hadn't even offered me a receipt for my stay. Why was she there? Got the postcards, returned to ask for a copy of the receipt, and BORROWED a pen to write the postcards in the lobby in view of this unpleasant clerk. Made sure I returned the pen to its holder. We all have bad days, but customer service folks are paid not to show it. Might have been five stars but for this unfortunate incident. read more

There were a lot of positives. We have a large family, so family friendly options always get high points from us. We liked the living/kitchen layout between the two bedrooms in our suite. The room and hotel seemed pretty clean. The little putting green was a welcome activity for my littles, who were tired of being in hotels. We loved that we could get a good breeze with the windows opened. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. They had a wheelchair to lend for me, which I needed at the time. And they didn't charge us to park our car, which is one of those niceties that all businesses should extend to their customers. On the negative side: some wear and tear in the rooms ought to be addressed. The master bath floor next to the shower felt a little spongy, like there was a little water damage. The bathroom was tight with the door's closure, and not easy to work with. Both bathroom mirrors had dings and damage along the bottom edges. We had to call for help getting the dishwasher to work. The couch seemed a little saggy (although the chairs were fine). The refrigerator had a line of dings along it like someone took a hammer to it. And the master bedroom double doors did not have a lock. When the open windows caused a pressure change, the door flew open on its own. I certainly wouldn't appreciate that happening while I was dressing. And several of the doors would benefit from a drop of oil. The master closet was also very small. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a good amount of room. We will likely consider this place again when we need a two bedroom suite. read more

We came for a family emergency and had to extend our stay a few days. Elijah, the front desk supervisor, was super accommodating and made our move to another room hassle free! Lindsay, the bartender, is an earth angel! She took such great care of us and we could not have asked for better service or better drinks! Everyone was great! One morning, the wait staff made a fresh pan of biscuits for us just because I mentioned I was getting food for family back in the room and there was still 30 mins before clean up. Top notch! We did have a plumbing issue, but it was resolved quickly by a very nice maintenance tech. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the area! It was really hard to find anything "WRONG" with this property. It is amazing that it has been around for 12 years. It is obviously well taken care of. Now I know that rooms can sometimes be very different in some parts of a hotel, but fortunately my room was perfect for me. Nicely decorated in tones of brown, blue, deep red and gold. It was very clean. The bath towels were larger than regular size and were textured for fast drying. The kitchenette very compact with basic supplies that you would need. And what a surprise to have an almost full size refrigerator! I took a picture of one of the halls. They are nicely lighted, carpet was spotless and no funky hotel smell. I hate it when hotels feel like everything should have a scent! One teenie tiny critique would be that they need a few more directional placards on the walls in the halls. The halls are so long that it is easy to take a wrong turn and then you are back in the labyrinth having no idea where your room or the elevator are. There are plenty of parking spots and they have a garage. 8min to Mukilteo ferry terminal. Close to Paine Field and Boeing. The front desk gal was very nice, professional and with a good sense of humor. I wish that I got her name. I saw that the hotel down by the Mukilteo ferry dock was rated very similar to this one. I have stayed at that one several times and this hotel outshines that one. The other one is very noisy, parking is hard to find and walls are so thin. We wanted a getaway from Seattle that would allow our dog. We were in room 223. I was very happy that this room put us at a distance from other rooms, and was very quiet. There were some things which could be improved. The black out drapes in both rooms are sun rotted and need to be replaced. So the affect is like waking up to bullet holes in the windows. Also, the furniture is VERY worn. We used a blanket to cover the sofa, it was dirty and worn and very uncomfortable. When having down time you would appreciate a comfortable place to watch TV, and this really isn't comfortable. The bar stools were stained and worn AND dirty looking. So, let's look at the bedroom...the mattress needs replacing, but the sheets were clean and the comforter was cozy. The TV is on top a dresser that is much too low for viewing TV from your bed, unless you like going to the chiropractor after vacation. I don't. The kitchen is well supplied, a dishwasher and brewed coffee pot, coffee provided. The food our first evening was a DELICIOUS pulled pork, served with Tortillas. You get drinks as well and we really liked it! The breakfast eggs were BAD, powdered eggs that were really tasteless, but there were options like muffins, waffles etc. So this hotel is a place I would go to again. If they tweak a few things it would be a GrEAT get away. The $75 pet fee is a lot based on the condition of the room when we came in. Still, a quiet place with food and drink, a kitchenette. Oops, found out that this hotel double charged us for the stay! Beware of extra charges to your card! Taking it down another star for extra time required to deal with staff who don't know what they are doing behind the desk. read more

If you travel a lot like I do you understand that a hotel room can make or break your day. The comfort, cleanliness and friendliness are a welcome reprieve from being on the road. Staybridge Suites in Mukilteo is absolutely a shining example of what a hotel and a home away from home should be. The hotel is very large and has everything you would need if you had to stay somewhere for more than a night or two. There's a very large lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast is hands down the best FREE hotel breakfast you will find (not just bread and cereal like you find at most hotels). There is a pantry by the front desk with a variety of snacks, frozen foods and even beer and wine. If you've been on the road and need to do laundry you can do that there. The room is more like an apartment than a hotel room. The kitchen alone is the same size you would find in most apartments. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home. This was the best/worst part because it was SO comfortable that getting up in the morning was very difficult! Parking is ample and they even have covered parking and a parking garage. They also have a security officer that checks the lot at night. Additionally they do accept pets, ESA animals, and of course service animals. If you are visiting Seattle or the surrounding area I would highly recommend going outside of the city (only 30 minutes) to this Staybridge. The area is very safe, convenient and you will get SO much more for your money here. read more

You can round this place up to five stars if you're not looking for the absolute lowest cost per night, or if work is paying. Place is solid across the board, just a little spendy. They balance the housework based on weekdays vs weekends, which is a nice touch for people traveling for work. I can't say enough good things about the room; it was a regular room and easily could have slept 2-3. I read through some of the negative reviews before booking, and I have to say they either sound like weird one-off situations, or grouchy quibbles. Either way, they didn't jibe with my experience--my stay here was well-run top to bottom. Evidently, the weekend rates here are almost always better than the weeknights since they're aimed at business travelers. If you have read any of my reviews, you can tell I am a fan of these hotels. I have stayed at various Staybridge Suites locations including some in California and I stayed here for three days on my trip to the Pacific Northwest over three years ago. Like all other Staybridge Suites, this place is awesome! This hotel is beautiful and very clean and VERY spacious. It has tons of amenities and the rooms are massive! One of the reasons I absolutely love this hotel chain is because their suites have a kitchenette which I actually used when I stayed there. The convenience of having a dishes and pots and pans is great! Also, you get a full-sized fridge here and not just a dinky mini-fridge! I also need to add that their happy hour specials during the week are awesome and include complimentary food and beer/wine! The food is on a rotating schedule so make sure to look at your fridge where they put a calendar to see exactly what they are serving. The complimentary breakfast here is one of the best I have ever have seen at a hotel and includes almost everything you could ask for breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, various bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cottage cheese, juice, milk and several other options! Plus the food is good and is all you-can-eat! I also need to add that this location is close to the Boeing factory and is adjacent to many hiking trails so you can definitely choose to do that if you're looking for things to do! Other amenities include a full-sized gym and laundry room. I could go on and on about Staybridge Suites as their hotel locations are superb and deliver some of the best amenities you can get at any hotel chain. This location in Mukilteo is no exception as it further strengthens my opinion that Staybridge Suites are my favorite hotel suite chain the country! Highly recommended! read more

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. There is certainly room for improvement though. Even the smallest room was spacious. I was worried about the nearby airport being noisy, but I barely heard anything. My room faced Big Gulch trail so I had a great view of trees. The bed was unusually soft, maybe it's me, or maybe it's time it's replaced. The kitchen was useful but hard to use. Knives were very dull, plastic spatulas were melted down at the edges, cutting board was unstable. The included dish detergent, dishcloths, water pitcher, and food containers were a pleasant surprise. But no scrub sponge :( I wish the hotel invested in better, longer-lasting cooking utensils, but I'm guessing some guests steal them. Sad. The hotel needs more luggage carts. I needed them several times, and I had to wait every single time. The front desk was not helpful in helping track them down. During COVID, I did not take advantage of housekeeping. I saw a room which hung up a "360 Refresh" sign used for requesting deliveries of toiletries and kitchen supplies without having housekeeping enter your room. I thought it was a great idea but most rooms did not receive the paper form. The laundry room was useful and operational, but as expected, people did not pick up their clothes on time, leading to idle but full machines. The included laundry basket in my room was flimsy and broken. You can bring your own laundry detergent or buy from the front desk. Housekeeping could do a better job of checking the room. There were several problems with mine. Mainly, a circuit had tripped, so I could not use the TV, the bathroom fan, and a few lights. I fixed it by myself. Also missed larger spoons in the kitchen. Also the telephone didn't work for calling the front desk. The wireless headset and telephone base had different room numbers on them. But even using the speakerphone didn't work for me. Finally, front desk wasn't very helpful when I needed them. I once asked the front desk about where luggage carts were, and they couldn't help. I also asked for a late checkout, and they were not very flexible given my IHG status and how many rooms they had. To their credit, they allowed me to check out 30 minutes late. The key cards were finicky. I always have to try many times. Overall, the room was spacious and the location was quiet. I didn't rely on the service much due to covid, but overall I didn't run into any big issues. read more

Stayed in Feb. 2022 on top floor. Understand things are difficult at this time, and hard to find experienced workers, so wasn't surprised to see new faces at the check-in, and one could tell that they are trying. They also weren't able to have on-demand housekeeping, most likely because of same reason. Good - beds were comfortable, very little noise from hallway or plumbing. Not so good - breakfast could be better, with more warm/hot food choices, scrambled eggs tasted powdery, sausage patties were too salty. Bad... There was no enforcement on masks or social distancing, even though signs asking everyone to do so are at lobby entrance door and check-in desk. Smell of someone smoking cigarette/weed were also noticeable in hotel rooms, even when we were staying on 5th floor, so it is unlikely that the smell came from ground floor outside of hotel. Bath tub was clogged with hair to the point that there was standing water while taking shower, almost to ankle area. Both swimming pool and whirlpool had (a lot of) sand/dirt at bottom that are visible to naked eyes while standing at edge, and there was an used bandage flowing around in swimming pool!! Had better experiences with previous stays, but they were before COVID, so hopefully things will get much better and their level of service will go back to what it used to before, soon! read more

New Year's Eve party in the lobby with no masks- allowed those guests to stay the next day for a late check out and they are sitting there again with NO masks. The soda fountain is not operating, they are operating at 60% capacity and put a family of 4 in a studio next to our room. The walls are literally shaking. The girl at the front desk said no noise restrictions in til 8:00 so I guess my granddaughter won't be getting her nap today. This is the Mukilteo location btw- garbage disposal was broken. Stayed here for 5nights last week. It is a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We had a king room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. They also serve daily hot breakfast which was pretty good and this is the only hotel I have ever been to in North America that serves steamed rice and packets of miso soup. Considering it's distance to Boeing, they probably get a lot of Asian guests. I think it is a nice gesture. They also serve nightly dinner with beer Monday's thru Thursday's which we didn't get to try. Would have given them a 5* but the last few nights of our stay fell on the memorial weekend where housekeeping services had to be requested in advance. People were putting trash outside their doors which was just nasty. Other than that, it is a nice property. We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area. read more

From the moment I walked into our room, I was fully on board with spending a few days at the Staybridge Suites! The small kitchen was a game changer that made maintaining a healthy lifestyle while travelling, much more attainable! They offer a complimentary dinner on most weeknights, which included beer and wine. This was truly a godsend after 12 hours of travel. Every morning includes complimentary breakfast as well, with various options for even the pickiest of eaters(guilty!). Bagels, omelets, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, various pastries, yogurts and more. The pool and spa area was quite nice and clean. A great place to decompress after long busy days. Also, that sweet little market is perfect for a 2am hot pocket craving (We can't be healthy all the time). With ample parking, a delightful and attentive staff and beautiful facilities, Staybridge Suites has fully earned my repeat business. read more

Prior to my business trip up to the Puget Sound area, I had to choose a hotel. Four suggestions came to me, and I ended up picking the Staybridge Suites on the northwest corner of Harbor, Mukilteo, and Paine Field Blvd. Welp...add another one to my list of bad decisions I've made in life. I stayed for two weeks, which meant that I had to stay through a full weekend. During that weekend, I went out of town to visit family nearby. When I came back, all my belongings were gone! Even those that I had locked up in the safe were gone! The safe was wide open and empty when I came in. It was as if they were preparing my room for the next guest a full week before my scheduled check out date! Why?!?!?! How?!?!?! I went out my front door, looked at the number plate by the doorway, and saw that I was indeed in my assigned room. I returned to the front desk to report that my stuff was missing and possibly stolen. The receptionist called for the housekeeping supervisor to find out what happened. Guess what happened...it turns out they had mistakenly thought I checked out and left a lot of my stuff behind, so they put all my stuff in three different bags (of my own) and stashed them away somewhere. WHAT?!?!?!!!! Inconceivable! I was specifically told upon check in that I would stay TWO weeks, not one. Not only that, but I also left a "Taking my sweet time today, come back later" magnet on the front door to indicate that I didn't want any weekend maid service. Nooooooo they simply ignored it and completely cleaned out everything! Unbelievable. I felt like I was under a curse! A curse for choosing the wrong hotel? Sounds like it! I initially received two of the aforementioned bags, but as I was going through them, I noticed two things: 1) There was something that didn't belong to me, and 2) I didn't get all of my belongings back, especially those that I had left in the safe! I went back to the receptionist, where she called the housekeeping supervisor, who then said everything of mine was in two bags. The receptionist told me to go back up and double-check. I went back up, but still I couldn't find my missing possessions. While scrambling around my room like a kid trying to find his/her homework assignment due the next day, the receptionist arrived at my room, and I told her I couldn't find them. She then called the housekeeping supervisor from the phone in my room. The supervisor then came to my door with a bag of said missing possessions! Or at least the important ones. I was still missing some personal notes on paper for myself as well as a pack of breakfast biscuits, which weren't that big of a deal compared to everything else I reclaimed, but it still annoys me even well after I checked out that they would go through all of my stuff like that. I couldn't comprehend the miscommunication the staff must have had in handling this fiasco. As a result, I spent a long time that night putting everything back to where it originally was. I also had to throw away a yogurt cup because there was no guarantee it was still good to eat. I told the story to my co-workers, and they responded that if that happened to them, they would have responded much worse than I did. One of them admitted he would have checked out and looked for some other hotel (spoiler alert: I stayed the second week because it would have been a big hassle for me to switch hotels, especially since I wasn't familiar with the area). Looking back, I probably should have asked to look in their Lost and Found, but I was too dejected, flustered, upset, and irritated to even make eye contact to staff during the second week. Other comments: While I do appreciate the fact that they offer a complimentary breakfast starting at 4:30 AM on weekday mornings, it was only okay at best. Don't expect something fancy schmancy. They also have a complimentary social dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 PM Monday through Thursday, but it's just a light dinner with wine. I did try a salad and Mac and Cheese on my first weeknight, but just like the complimentary​ breakfast, no better than okay. I suggest going out to eat or getting food from a nearby grocery store and cooking at your hotel. QFC, Albertsons, and Safeway are all within reasonable driving distance of Staybridge. The internet in the computer room was slow! I went down pretty frequently, but was greatly agitated by what felt like dialup internet speed there. It took a full minute each to load Yelp and Google Maps! I should have stayed in my room and used the complimentary Wi-Fi on my phone as that would have been much faster than the internet in the computer rooms. They call it Staybridge Suites, but I'm going to call it DontStaybridge Suites. I don't have any plans on staying at Staybridge Suites anymore. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, I had three other hotels to choose from. Next time I'm in the Mukilteo/Everett area, I'll be picking one of the other three. The good things of this hotel are many: friendly staff, free breakfast and dinner (Monday through Thursday), free laundry (soap is like $1), and great interior design, pool, and workout room. This is also in a quiet area so you can walk and enjoy a little nature. The surrounding town is cute with some nice family run restaurants and a GORGEOUS view at the waterfront a couple miles away. That said, my stay could have been better. For example, the pet policy wasn't clear online. When reserving a room, make certain by calling you don't have a neighbor that has Rover who wakes up at 4 am. And then there is the perennial issue of car alarms. I have no idea how some people don't understand how to turn off alarms so they don't constantly go off. And, when I complained, they said they don't have a computerized system for cars license plates. D'oh! So in short , great place, just get a room on the third to fifth floors, facing away from the forest. read more

If you're anywhere close to this area, and need a place to stay, STAY HERE! This is our 3rd time back and we will continue to come again. The hotel smells nice, the rooms smell nice (and clean). Very roomy, nice modern decor and includes a small kitchen. This time, we checked in on the back end of a rush. Both front desk girls were handling customers that required patience (especially while they watched us wait more than 10 minutes as they were working through their situations). We were finally at the desk and helped by Janae (Janay?). She was great. Calm, friendly, smiley, apologetic for our wait. After we checked in, i had to go back for ice as the ice maker in the room takes time after you turn it on. Janae took me to the ice machine room to fill up a cpl of bags. This place used to be our getaway from Seattle. It's gone way downhill. They "cleaned" the room once upon request in a 4 night stretch, they don't replace dirty towels and the front desk staff no longer seem to have personalities. The carpet is filthy and the circa 1974 couch is disgusting. Give your money to a place that cares. read more

I was very happy with my stay at Staybridge, Mukilteo. I loved the full kitchen, comfy bed, and cleanliness of the room. The check in process was smooth and efficient. I was nervous about the location being too far away from stuff, but I was happy to be close to the freeway and scenic views . If you stay here, be sure to visit Light House Park! We were visiting relatives in the area, and the place we usually stay on the waterfront was sold out. So, this was our second choice. The place is modern and has newer furnishings. The bed was decent, the pillows were a little too hard, don't they know that SOFT down-alternative pillows do exist? The breakfast was not too great. We ate there only one morning, then chose to go to a real restaurant after that. All in all, though, it's an okay place to stay when you are in the area. read more

Loved my stay here. Your day starts with a nice full service breakfast, eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, french toast, fruit, toast, bagel, cereal, yogurt, etc. Spend your day exploring the local area and at the end of the day some back to the hotel for the sundown reception which is your choice of wine or beer and something to eat. From there, ask the very informative desk clerks for a good diner recommendation and you won't be disappointed where they send you. After diner come back to the hotel, relax in the hot tub which is open 24 hrs and then retire to your room where you'll get some much needed rest on their very comfortable beds. Also, the rooms are suites, so there is a kitchen and sitting room in addition to the bedroom. The only draw back is the hotel doesn't offer free premium cable channels. read more

Our stay at the Mukilteo Staybridge Suites was beyond compare. The amenities are almost too numerous to list, but I'll give it a shot. Upon check-in we were invited for complimentary dinner and drinks. The property offers this every Monday through Thursday. A full hot meal with salad that changes daily. A wonderful treat after a long day on the road. After dinner we checked out the room, a very large three-room suite with one king bed, two queen beds, and basically a full kitchen (no oven, but a stove top, refrigerator, microwave, full-size coffee pot... even a dishwasher). This appears to be a hotel aimed for longer term stay, but for our party, after two weeks with a different hotel every night, it almost felt like home. Definitely ideal for a long or short term visit. We tried to avail ourselves of the luxury with the time we had. Pool and hot tub open 24-hrs, on-site free laundry facility, large well equipped workout room, and even a home theater with a 70" television and surround sound (in addition to the three TVs and DVD players in the room). We spent the next morning the fantastic hot breakfast bar and using the business center -- several computers, fax machine, and printer. There's also free Wi-Fi of course. This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suites property, but I will definitely be back. The Mukilteo location offered one of the finest overall hotel experiences I've ever had. read more

So we picked this hotel to stay for our show in Seattle, with a couple days off to rest. We couldn't have picked a more perfect hotel for a "rest day". There is no aspect in which this hotel did not surprise and exceed our expectations. First off, the rooms were nice, modern and clean. Large with a full kitchen, that had EVERYTHING you would need to cook dinner, even cookware, dishes and down to steak knifes even. A great surprise, was a full dishwasher! Service? So great, everyone was kind and helpful. Very friendly without being overly attentive. The amenities however were what blew every other hotel we've stayed at out of the water: A "home theatre" room, nice heated indoor pool, a workout room that convinced us to finally start working out again, Free hot breakfast AND DINNER (!!) every night, with complimentary beer & wine! Wow, what a surprise! There was also the little things, like free popcorn in the room, free laundry facilities, and free secured covered parking. It was a great place to feel like we weren't "on the road" for a few days, it felt like home. No, it felt better than our itsy bitsy studio in NYC. Our room was bigger! Next time we come to North Seattle area - we will stay here again - happily. Oh also, the hotel was right next to an airport (maybe like a test airport for special new planes from Boeing?). A fact we didn't even know for the first 2 days, until we went outside. I don't know what kind of soundproofing windows they have, but they are magical. read more

This truly is a great place, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Not just for the service, but the experience and the people who make that experience great. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff make you feel at home. They check in with you after you get settled in. They remembered my name and said hello when I came and went. If I needed something - an extra towel, coffee, a light room cleaning - they were quick to respond. When you stay at a hotel for longer than a night or two, these things make a big difference in your experience. You feel welcomed and comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. This place covers all the bases that you'll need at an extended-stay hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean. They feature a working kitchen (also spotless) with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, glasses, plates, pots and pans. The living room portion of the suite features a comfortable couch, which also converts to a bed. The desk features tons of outlets and a reading lamp, an ideal place to get work done during the day. The wifi is free and very fast. The beds are comfortable and well-appointed with great sheets and a soft comforter. There is ample room for storing clothes, and a free laundry center is available 24/7. Breakfast is served for five hours each morning, and there is a nightly gathering in the social area of the hotel featuring appetizers. Coffee and tea service are available all day and night. The location is great. The property is right off a major road with quick access to the highway (a few miles at most) so getting into Seattle is a breeze. But it is also tucked into a little pocket of forest, so it is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this place enough. I travel a ton, and I stay in hotels all the time, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. read more

This hotel first off booked me for two nights and I only wanted one night. They then failed to confirm the booking and stated they couldn't find the booking only to find the next morning after having to stay at a sleazy hotel off Aurora Avenue that they not only charged me full price for the booking they couldn't find but then had the nerve to charge a cancelation fee. I'm taking these idiots to small claims and people who throw money at this place are nothing but fools. read more

Felt like brand new! Beautiful and clean building and rooms. Tons of space, nice decor. Large refrigerator, nice kitchen space, and the pullout bed was even comfortable. Pool and spa were open late and re-opened early in the morning so we could squeeze in a swim before we left town. The location was extremely convenient, only 20 minutes or so from downtown without traffic. Just a minute or two from Starbucks and great breakfast spots. read more

Tried to book this hotel for a friend of mine using my IHG points, ( I am a Spire elite member with over 200 nights this year) The manager canceled the reservation because I would not be there at check in. Even after calling IHG headquarters I was told this location has had a lot of fraud so I would stay away from this hotel. I have stayed here before and it is getting dated, dirty carpet. read more

Had an amazing stay here at Staybridge Suites. The hotel is kept amazingly well and all of the staff provided the best service. One person in particular went out of his way to point out all of the dining options in the area with a map. I am extremely satisfied with my stay here and look forward to coming back! read more

The hotel chain is nice and offers a lot of amenities. However at this particular location I encountered an extremely rude staff member. At the dinner "social hour" I went to pour myself and my husband a glass of wine. I did not notice anyone around for assistance. As I picked up a wine glass a woman who works for the hotel reprimanded me for attempting to pour the wine. It was not so much that I wasn't allowed to pour. It was the rude and condescending manner she displayed. As a guest of this hotel I expect to at least be treated with kindness, not like I was attempting to get away with something. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the rest of the staff I encountered were nice and helpful. read more

I've been traveling for the past two weeks and this was definitely the best place I stayed. The hotel feels new and very nice. Every room comes with an energy saving device (when you don't have a key in it, energy is conserved) which I really appreciated. I think green practices like that should be mandatory in all hotels. So these guys are forward thinkers! All the staff was really friendly too. read more
