I stayed at this location for two months total. So I know the ins and outs very well. I would not stay here another day, having experienced and knowing what I know about this hotel now. The only thing that kept me at this location for so long despite its low quality, was the suite type rooms that it offers. The space is very ample for one or two people. Almost like a personal apartment room. Reasons why I would never stay here again: The hotel is very old, over 12 years at the time of this writing so I was told. The walls and flooring are very thin and cheaply made. A door slam clear down the end of the hall will not only be heard in your bedroom at night, but also felt. Your bed and room will shake. Running or feet moving on the floors above you can be heard in your room. Young, bitchy front desk workers purposely slam housekeeping doors at night to wake guests up. Housekeepers will do the same in the mornings and afternoons. So depending upon your normal sleep schedule, be aware. These door slams will shake and rock your entire room. Bed and all. The evening night reception food and drink options are very cheap and low quality. The Staybridge in Bismarck is of higher quality. Not sure what happened with the one in Minot? The drink lady at the evening reception is not happy with life and is not very kind. It is an inconvenience to her when you need a drink or a refill. At the Bismarck location, there is no drink lady! You just grab your own drink from the keg. Or your own glass of wine. Evening beer drinkers only have two options the whole time, Coors Light or Steiner Bock. Bismarck location actually offered two local options which was nice. There are 4 white wine options each night. Zero red wine options. Why? Because guests like red wine, and this is a nuisance to the drink witch. Breakfast here is horrible. Holiday Inn has better breakfast. Young, bitchy front desk workers are lazy, and helping you with anything is no major concern for them. At night, many can be found sleeping at the front desk. Sheets are dirty. Please see attached photos. Spend your money and stay elsewhere. You will have a more peaceful sleep, also better experience all around. read more

Reasonably priced option in MOT where there aren't that many options. Optimal location for business and leisure activities. Attractively priced. Great staff and decent complimentary breakfast and manager's evening reception F&B. However, no daily housekeeping and poor maintenance/response to service requests. Notified front desk 3 times of low water pressure, lack of hot water and broken shampoo/soap dispenser. No action taken. Also not a fan of housekeeping every 7 days. Overall, prefer Hampton Inn and Suites on Broadway, near the airport or Hyatt House as these offer more elevated stay experience. read more

I would give it more stars if I could. My plane got cancelled and everything else was booked so tried it out. For the price the BEST hotel in town!!! Clean!!! The staff was fantastic and the rooms way better than Holiday Inns!! There was a social night on Wed with free good food and drinks!! Comfortable, attractive, roomy suite at a very reasonable price. Nice pool and we made use of the complimentary laundry. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean facilities. We were here for a rest day on a 3 week train voyage on Amtrak. It was perfect. We could recline on either the bed or the comfy sofa (with recliner feature). The bathroom is so spacious. Kitchenette that we made good use of. A large desk if you need to work. Some USB plugs would be nice but like most people we bring our own chargers so that's more of a quibble than a complaint. Of all the hotels we've stayed in on our travels, this ranks at the top. read more

Great Hotel. I'm staying at the one in Minot North Dakota. $109 a night. They are definitely suites. Nice living room separate bedroom and bathroom full kitchen loaded with dishes microwave dishwasher and a full-size fridge. Full-size coffee maker and silverware cups coffee mugs you name it it's here. Electric stove, toaster oven The staff is nice and Tuesday through Thursday they have free cocktails and food for happy hour. Take a look at my photos and all of the hotel speak for itself if you ever get a chance to stay at one of these hotels you will really enjoy it. Grounds are well-kept it's clean and the staff is really nice. I'm here for two weeks so we'll see how it goes so far so good. dual showerheads. List just goes on and on. We stayed here the night of November 18th the day before we moved into our home. We absolutely loved it here, we did a load of laundry and the customer service was Wonderful. A fellow military spouse too! Very friendly and talkative. Beautiful beautiful building and amenities. Beautiful room. We got the smaller ish room but still came with a kitchen. I would only change, I think they should make sure their housekeepers wipe surfaces down better, and properly sanitize the bathrooms. As I did see signs of not well cleaned surfaces and bathroom. Other than that, clean bed, mostly clean room, and gorgeous building. read more

Excellent property. People are most friendly and very helpful. Place appeared fairly new and VERY clean. We had a room by the elevator on the 2nd floor and never heard it. My wife and I stayed a week and overall we were pleased with our entire stay. Workout room was nicely equipped and the pool and hot tub was nice as well. Comp breakfast was above average with a very nice assortment of hot and cold items including fresh fruit. Manager reception on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night was tasty and came with comp beer and wine as well. Hamburgers one night, spaghetti and nachos which you could pretty much make a meal of. Multiple burned out lightbulbs, other people's belongs and trash under beds, behind drapes, and under furniture, and a clogged kitchen sink drain make me wonder just how good their cleaning regime is. I don't recommend staying at the Staybridge in Minot, ND. We stayed there March 2018 and the experience was terrible. The hotel temperature inside was crazy hot! We stayed on the 2nd floor and the temp in our room was 83 degrees with the window open!! The 3rd and 4th floor temp was in the 90s! The front desk told us they couldn't turn the heat down, because then they would start having problems with the swimming pool, which you had to go outside and then go in another entrance to get to. Not only was it uncomfortably hot inside, we also had red stains on our comforter. Asked for a new one, and that also had stains on it. Worst part is that we didn't even get a "We're sorry." Hotel looks great on the outside, not so great inside. read more

I come here every few weeks for business and stay 3-4 days. Every single time I get met with a staff who are happy to see me here from the housekeepers to the manager. Tonight I opted not to go out for dinner and helped myself to a taco salad here at the hotel. There was a woman who was greeting guests asking if they'd like a complimentary beer or wine. I declined but thought, "Wow, that's a hotel that values their guests' business and will spend a few extra bucks to keep you coming back." You will not get better customer service or value anywhere in Minot. I highly recommend. read more

I'm from California I stayed here for a night and have not a single complaint the manager is a very nice man he very accommodating and pleasant. They had a complimentary chili dinner which was very delicious. The staff was also exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. I was booked here by my employer for a conference. I got in around 11pm. The desk clerk was very friendly and helped me find my room location and other things in the hotel. I got to my room and it felt so comfortable when I walked in. Amazing features and very clean. I was able to sleep amazingly and I felt like I was home. The pantry on site had things that someone would need without having to go to a store or a gas station. I didn't get to try breakfast because of time constraints but everything looked amazing and smelled amazing. This place is worth a visit. All the features of home plus a nice pool, exercise room, theater, office station, high speed internet, complimentary laundry room that is FREE except for detergent, a cozy great room, nice patio with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub. I'll be coming back here anytime I come to Minot. read more

This hotel is awesome! My family and I were passing thru en route to Canada and stayed for a night. I highly recommend this property! It was clean and had great amenities. The gym is nice, they have a pool, small cozy theater, and offer breakfast and a dinner reception. Parking a trailer hitched vehicle was no issue. I wish we were there longer just to enjoy the hotel and what it offered. Oh, and the complimentary use of washer and dryers for laundry was great! Very updated and modern property. Then it was my turn....had to leave for the 5:00 a.m. flight, asked Ashli as I was leaving if they had any fresh coffee, she said no, but offered to make some! The Minot Staybridge Suites had the best mattress of a three week vacation. Combined with spacious, well furnished suites with comfortable furniture and a nice lounge and breakfast area I'll definitely look for the opportunity to stay at Staybridge during future vacations. read more
