I have almost nothing but problems every time I go, you think with all the reviews this place has it would actually do some good for them to read and apply fixes but sadly no. If you're gunna charge for sauces, put them in the damn bag. Make the orders correctly or get shut down for losing customers. I ordered a Double steak burger with cheese, pickle, and onion and a chili mac with cheese and onions. I wasn't too jazzed about the burger but I thought the chili mac was delicious and tasted just like my childhood. I'd go back for that but I'm not too sure about the burger. It didn't have a lot of flavor. Also they changed the pickles. Sad face. It looked the same inside except the front counters had automated kiosks where you order and there was a counter in the back with self-serve drinks, napkins, etc. I guess they don't accept cash? The new owners of this location are really great! We met them during our last trip there, and they are amazing! And they do all (or almost all) the work themselves! It's a refreshing change to be greeted sincerely by someone who appreciates your patronage and doesn't act like you're keeping them from something! Keep this in mind when the line is slow, or your order isn't exactly on time. Have some patience. Not everything has to happen in split seconds. Be patient. The food is good, fresh and hot. I got home and realized they only gave me one cheese sauce which sucks but it's not that big of a deal. But then I bit into the chicken strips and they were RAW!!! All 3 of them!!!
