Food and service. Went here on the way home, ordered four chicken wraps and two medium curly fries. Instead I got four chicken tacos, thrown into a Styrofoam container and not wrapped plus two half filled containers with cold fries. I did call and talk to a manager who apologized and offered to remake the food if I brought it back. I explained that I already home and not going back up there. Well, the Cinnamon raisin biscuits came back we're great and then they decided to lessen the icing. I called after picking mine up this morning. What's telling them about it and they told me that's the way it's always been. believe it or not, that's wrong, I've enjoyed them every morning that I have got them with plenty of icing. It's Hardee's with the pseudo Mexican joint also. The parking lot is packed a little past noon. Cars are lined up through the drive-thru an can take 10 minutes just to park. The older gentleman was nice & efficient with my old credit card (people have problems). However, after waiting for my cup he gave a small & I ordered & paid for a medium. (free refills so decided not worth arguing) It is nice the have table service, but don't offer the salsa when they bring out the tacos. Overall, OK... for a snack @ lunch but too expensive & crowded for eating a meal. read more

Really great experiences here. Any bad reviews are from several years ago. This location is clean, efficient, and friendly. The best, freshest burgers in town. It's like getting a burger from a steak house through the drive through. They gladly follow special requests on your burger and smile when you get to the window. Indoors is clean and bathrooms are well maintained. By far the best fast food in the area. read more

I've been a fan of the Red Burrito part of Hardees for years but havent been eating much fast food lately. Stopped in today with my daughter. I ordered the chicken Super Nachos. Now I do understand that prices have gone up and people dont want to work the jobs they have but the cashier was rude and couldnt speak clearly. The nachos looked like what you would get from a cheap run down carnival. Sad to say it was probably the last time I'll give Hardees the time of day. read more

I hit this location up a lot as I used to live close by and work even closer now to it. The food is always hot, always cooked fresh, so no complaints there. The staff every time I've gone which has been for breakfast, lunch and dinner, have always been top notch. The employees do always seem full of energy and smiles, so thats a bonus. read more

The one star is based on what I expect from Hardee's. And is because I can't give fewer than one star. Here are the problems tonight. 1) We were the only customers in the restaurant, but it took 3 people and 10 minutes until they could figure out how to unlock the cash register and take our order. 2) The cashier talked me into making the 10 piece chicken tender a meal deal. When it didn't work she had to ask someone who told her you can't sell it as a meal. 3) I asked for ranch and didn't get any. Why ask if I want it if I have to still come back to the counter to ask for it again. 4) The Coke Zero was out so I asked if they could fix it. Again. We are the only customers in the restaurant with employees standing around everywhere. When we finished eating and left the restaurant, nobody had ever attempted to fill the soda machine. 5) The towel machine was not working in the men's room leaving me to believe that employees weren't washing their hands after using the rest room. 6) Several onion rings were made with the outer layers of onion that were too tough to bite and were disgusting. 7) The chicken tenders were bad. They were cold. They were over breaded which made them crispy and burnt tasting. This is a restaurant left to be "managed" by someone who isn't familiar with what that word means. I would be surprised if the franchisee was aware of the gross negligence of the staff at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else but this Hardee's. read more

It would be nice if they opened at 5am like they say they will . If they open on time that leaves me just enough time in the morning to swing in there to get a bite to eat before work. However there been times when they're still not open 7 mins after 5am and it's frustrating not knowing when they are or aren't going to be open. On the positive side friendly staff and haven't had a problem with the food. read more

Chesterfield Hardees is the best the food is fresh and always good the managers at this Hardees is always caring and professional. Sometimes the people in the kitchen is a bit on the special ed slow side but other than that I really enjoy my visit to this Hardees because of the great atmosphere the managers, this fast food chain has great mangers. I like the tacos and big burgers and yummy apple pies the best. The bathroom is always clean and fresh too. read more

Flavorful Monster Biscuit. The tater tots were crisp and cooked perfectly. The food was cooked to a perfect temperature and served hot. The coffee is flavorful and at the right consistency. Only complaint was served on a dirty tray. Very nice and attentive staff from the point of entry. read more

Went here for breakfast and got the platter. I pulled my biscuit apart and started pouring gravy on it. I noticed something black on my biscuit. I looked at it and it was a black hair that looked like a pubic hair. We took it back up and they gave me another biscuit with gravy. Also, the service was not that great. First let me say that the Hardee's I went to this morning was the Hardee's/Red Burrito #1504252 in Lake St. Louis. The Yelp map shows this one at 10 Centre on the Lake in a different location than the one I visited at Lake St. Louis Blvd. and the south service road next to St. Joseph West Hospital. I went through the drive thru this morning with most everyone else headed to work and ordered the new Chicken Swiss biscuit since they had a sign for it in the window and it looked good. The young lady asked if I wanted the egg on it and I said sure honestly because the picture in the window had an egg on it. First, it is way overpriced at $4.63 for a biscuit with a frozen piece of chicken, one 1/4 piece of bacon, 1/4 slice of cheese, and paper thin egg. The biscuit was very greasy and the chicken itself tasted like it was cooked in last weeks oil. Other than tasting like old oil it had absolutely no flavor nor did any of the ingredients other than the bacon and it was even a faint hint of bacon flavor. I normally don't review fast food because well...it's fast food but this item on the Hardee's menu is not worth the time or effort and especially not worth $4.63 for a biscuit I don't care f they are cooked there fresh or not. When they are soaked in grease with no flavor it's just not worth it. read more
