During the initial inspection of the areas I wanted cleaned he was very thorough in his explanations of all the required treatments in order to obtain the best results. Josh built me a personalized cleaning specific to my needs and concerns. Very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable and on time ! He found some spots that were rough and they aren't even noticeable anymore after he cleaning !!!!!
