Geoffrey and his team are exceptional and provide a high quality, convenient and full professional service. I called and within an hour they were over to give an estimate on my floors. While most companies may try to up sell you on services you don't need, Geoffrey was up front and honest about what the floors needed to get the best appearance without creating a long-term high maintenance issue. I.e. He didn't try to place me on some "cleaning schedule" I didn't need or lay some wax coat that would cause me headache maintaining in the long run. On the day of service, the company sends text alerts concerning their ETA (they were on time) and alerted me when they finished which was barely two hours for a two story home! Impressive. I paid attention to their preparation work and they were very detailed in ensuring that all corners and surfaces that hoses/equipment would come in contact with were protected by chaffing guards. They left behind brand-new looking laminate and carpeted floors without any other signs that they were there! Afterward, Geoffrey educated me on maintaining the floors and, again, without pushing services on me that I didn't need. These are guys you can trust!
