I had a new HVAC system installed in July of 2025 for a little over 11k (paid in full at time of…read moreservice). Omega was unable to properly install it, so it continued to not be operational, or only intermittently operational until September. It took repeated visits from various technicians, the contractor, and the manufacturer's representative. Each time we were given a different reason why it wasn't function, and their "fix" which never truly fixed it. By September it (mostly) was functional, although it still will freeze up if the outdoor temperature gets too high. Additionally, it makes a hideous vibrating sound that makes one room unusable. They "forgot" to add some padding to stop the vibration, but even when they did it is still much louder than my old, worn out condenser unit. They periodically would come out, now they just advise to turn it off, let it thaw, and then turn it on again. My biggest issue now is that after months of requests, they are still unwilling to provide me with an itemized invoice. I would settle for any invoice at this point if itemizing it is too hard (really though??), but they have refused. I or my husband are told they are "trying" to locate it to send it. I have filed a complaint with the TDLR, but I warn any potential customers to beware. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

They have you wait around for five hours, then the guy shows up, and he informs me that he didn't know what he was supposed to do, didn't know it was saltillo tile, and he didn't have the right equipment for the job. Fine, rescheduled for today. Again, waiting around for five hours. at 11:45, they still haven't shown up. I call the office, and I get the run around. They tell me that the crew is busy with a big job and will be at least two hours late. Did I want to reschedule. I was furious. Why didn't they call me? I finally track down the manager, who is making excuses for the crew. One of the guys didn't show because his wife went into labor. Why do I care? He didn't go into labor. Why didn't he call me? Then he's making excuses for last weekend and explaining that cleaning saltillo tile involves a difference process. Why do I care? I told them what I needed. Horrible experience, and the work they did was mediocre at best. Do not use this franchise. Absolutely terrible service.
