When Javier first came out he explained everything in complete detail including his process, recommendations and answered all our questions. He took his time to be sure we understood each other. His quote presentation was far more in depth than the several other quotes we received. From that moment on we knew he was the painter we wanted. We did not base our decision on price but rather his complete attention to detail, and the fact too that he is an on the job contractor. His group of guys work well together. I told him Nava's Painting and he replied "that's one of the best painting jobs I've seen", he mentioned also how thick the paint was and the quality of the work. I got estimates from at least five different painters, and ended up hiring Javier solely based on the excellent reviews they received on yelp, and I was not disappointed. His prices were very competitive, as well. They painted the exterior of my home in two days (4 men each day), including replacing and repairing wood and wood beams, caulking, filling in stucco cracks, all the prep work, etc. I chose two different color paints from two different paint stores, and Javier went to both places for me at 6:30 am, never complaining. He even made some beautiful vertical wood trim to go under two of my front windows where I had torn out some old planters - and he did that as a gift for me because I hired him "on the spot". He is the easiest guy in the world to work with, as is his crew, and they are exceptionally detailed and love what they do. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work they did.
