Very professional cleaning service. The technicians were highly trained and very personable. We had a major competitor clean our carpets a few years ago, we were very disappointed in that our carpets didn't look much cleaner after they left. Several spots were left in our carpets making our carpets we had for less than 18 months look old and dingy. After Steamway Craftsmen cleaned our carpets, they got out the stains that the previous cleaners were able to get out. All of our carpets look like new again. This is my second experience with Steamway. I needed holes repaired in my carpet in several places from removing radiators. Russ did a beautiful job in three places, the repair does not show at all, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend his work very highly. read more
