Debbie came on the 4th of July - which we really appreciated since we were under a deadline - to…read moreclean 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette. The kitchen was done very well. The rest of the rooms were NOT. There was soap scum not cleaned off on the shampoo holder in the shower, the counter top in one bathroom was not cleaned the full length - maybe it was too far to reach? It was dusty when I checked. What ever was used to clean the bath tub was not rinsed away so there was film on it. There was also film on the counter in the bathroom. The door mirror in the bathroom wasn't cleaned nor was the magnifying mirror. When I asked why the shower door in the lower level bathroom wasn't clean and showed her what I meant, she explained that the door was old and of poor quality and wouldn't clean up well. After she left I used Brasso and a sponge and had it sparkling in a few minutes. We asked her to clean the kitchenette, including the inside of the refrigerator, and she did not clean the refrigerator at all. We also asked her to clean the inside of the cupboards and they were also not cleaned. She does a good job of cleaning the surfaces, but if you need someone to come in a deep clean, this is not the right company for you. What frustrates us the most is that she charged us $150 for two hours of work and we still have to do most of it over ourselves.
