This is the absolute worst law firm that I have dealt with. Filled with negligent dispassionate and unconcerned employees. Firstly it cost me $100 just to have a conversation with a legal representative. After that I paid thousands just so that I can be ignored. The staff here does the bare minimum. You won't get any clear information. Everything is compartmentalized. You won't get a phone call. You're lucky if your email doesn't get sent to your spam or junk folder. Everyone there just sits on their hands and makes excuses. I haven't seen my daughter in years and dealing with this law firm has only added to my emotional frustration. Do not use these people. After searching through so many company's and making calls this company went above and beyond my expectations they even reached out to me over the weekend setting me up with an appointment as soon as the next business date which was on a Monday. This company was the one that stood out amongst all others their web site alone answered a lot of my Q&A's that my previous counsel could not answer for me.
