I then contacted Jessica at H&R Block in Frisco. She took a few days to review my documents to see if their office could do the amended returns and then notified me she could. Within 2 weeks the returns were completed for my review. Jessica did an exceptional job with both Colorado and Federal taxes returns. Within 4 weeks of my approval and filing, both state and federal taxes were reviewed, approved without the need for additional information and refunds were credited. I was totally amazed at Jessica's professionalism, her rapid responses to my questions, and the accuracy and speed of her work. I am doing everything I can to get the IRA away from EJ, and they are of no help whatsoever. I was repeatedly insulted by Mr. Nunn regarding my knowledge of the tax laws, along with the advice provided to me by a tax attorney. The treatment we received during a very difficult time by EJ was unconscionable and unprofessional. The checks were from another business using Bank of the West and the names were all correct. Ridiculous and apparent harassment. Negative stars because they silently refuse to allow use of their debit card for certain merchants they don't like. Try to swipe your debit card for a spend on lolli.com and it will fail. This is actually the bank's back office and senior management, though the front staff could gain knowledge about silently failing debit card swipes and warn debit card users about it.
