Take what you can manage! They did get taxes done but when I went to ask about a letter from the IRS to prove our identity I was asked not to return and the door was slammed in my face. A kind assistant tried to help me but the toxic, unprofessional behavior was unimaginable / STEER CLEAR of this unprofessional accountant!

CPA does not use secure online transmission techniques, does not confirm mailing addresses and…read moresends sensitive personal information USPS without using certified mail or insurance- stating they would "have to raise prices". When items are lost in mail- they blame customers, rudely stating that we need to "take responsibility". Steban and Anthony mailed our prepared tax details to an unconfirmed mailing address, different than the address on all documents submitted. They did not state they would be mailing the return back. In years past, we were required to pick up returns. I uploaded to a secure mailbox to send over, but then they used snail mail to return to us, without mentioning. After a month of being lost in the mail, they emailed over our prepared taxes- no secure mailbox- just an email. Stating they are busy with 700 clients is no excuse for sloppy work. This lack of professionalism coupled with the attitude of Angie the woman taking care of the phone is absolutely shocking.
