I would say I have some positive feedback to give to this establishment. I've experienced both shopping in store and shopping on their website. I normally like to go down to store and talk to people in person. Steel fox people are very friendly and take care of you like if you were one of them. More covid cases rising up around the town, I am a bit freaked out on the idea of going out there in public so I decided to shop on their website. I would say they have done a wonderful job presenting their products. The online customer service was also very responsible and quick to guide me around my account. I am actually working on putting together that red ar15 pistol kit they offer. Ohh man, let me tell ya... The finish looks great, the parts fit perfectly, I think this is gonna look very neat once completed. You will not be disappointed buying from steel fox firearms. Whether it is from their physical store in DeLand or their website, they provide the best possible experience you could get as a customer. I use to live in Oviedo and often bought from their store in DeLand now every time I visit my family down in Orlando I always make a stop by the store and check out what they got. When I am not down in FL, I always order from online and I've never been disappointed or had any issue with my orders. I love this company. They have amazing team of people. They care about customer satisfaction. There's been so many times I've bought from other online stores and either got a wrong part, damaged product or was treated horrible as a customer. Obviously not everyone is like that but steel fox really got my attention. First of all, products are TOP OF THE LINE QUIALITY. They deliver FAST. If there is any problem they are there to answer you and help you. If you got a damaged product they take care of it even if its something minor. This is the type of a company I respect. Visited this store several times in past 5 years. traded and purchased several handguns with no problems at all. Had no issues with the employees or patrons and did not feel uncomfortable as someone wrote in a review. I also had a handgun shipped to them that I bought elsewhere with no problems.
