We walked in expecting some sort of service but instead was blatantly ignored! I know the customer service representative saw us because we were the only two customers in the shop at the time and my husband spoke up and said, "excuse me?" several times. Still ignored - we left. I whole heartedly DO NOT recommend this gun shop. Instead, I suggest going to the gun shop in Debary. We were treated respectfully and spent over $1100 and plan to purchase more from them. It's a big place... lots of guns and accessories. Don't ask me about any of it... cause I know nothing... my stepson on the other hand knows a lot about guns. Since I was new, I had to sign a waiver and provide my ID. There is also a sign-in sheet if you're going to the range to shoot. It's all very professional but also no pressure... the people at the counter were very helpful. Mondays are ladies day... so women shoot free (time on the range) which is a great deal when you wanna go on a "special date" ... LOL. I enjoyed my time there with my family... strange to say?? I have had formal training previously for my NY Guard license so I was familiar with what could be expected. I can easily state that the training I received from CFI was excellent! It was a no nonsense hands on series of lectures, videos and handouts with a series of written tests ending with testing at the range. To their credit, one of my classmates failed the range test so it was evident that the company takes the training very seriously. The icing on the cake came when I began receiving calls and emails from Security Guard agencies who obtained my name from CFI (they have a signup sheet where I gave them permission to market me). The cost of the classes are very reasonable for the amount of hours required and I will be paid back within a few days of work with the agencies they gave my name to!
