I originally retained another attorney, but they went silent and never confirmed they had resolved my ticket, leaving me in a panic to find someone last minute. Just one day before my traffic violation was due, I reached out to John, and he returned my call within minutes. From the start, John was proactive and professional. He immediately requested a new court date and later pushed out the court date a couple of times (the ticket was issued in April, and the final court date was in December).
