I have always been able to book a taxi with ease at the time i would most prefer which is most convenient for me. The drivers i have had have always been very friendly and know exactly where they are going (i know all taxi drivers should know this but you would be surprised! ha ha). However it would be nice if they could tell us they were running late after all they do have my mobile number when booking it. Drivers range from sullen and unfriendly jobs worths to polite and friendly and fun drivers. Fares are about average for a taxi service however other taxi companies are cheaper door to door.
