Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. It's not harassment asking for the work you paid for. This man is scary.

It seems like they get it. I don't have to spell out every little thing for them. I was having my old site redesigned. The original site took something like 8 months to get finished. It was only Okay and I was pulling my hair out by the end of it. My Big Tuna site was DONE in 3 weeks and is OUTSTANDING. Oh and I should probably mention it was $1200... my old site cost me close to $4k. Since then I have requested a handful of updates and they have all been completed the same day. We were looking for CAD models and renderings for an idea that we had. After a 30 minute meeting with Michael he seemed like he could get the job done. A week later her delivered CAD models of our initial concept and charged us a ridiculous amount of money for the CAD model, basic renderings and a "consulting fee" for what I guess was our 30 min meeting. Jeremy Deadman and Michael are apparently in some sort of shady partnership and took full advantage of us (and yes we do take blame for not doing enough research and finding a much more cost effective, timely and professional designer) which we ended up doing after being ripped off by Michael. I wont go on and on but be warned these guys are shady and will squeeze you for every dime possible. They will not release the finished and hold you ransom for "additional hours" worked on your design. He charged us $1,600 for a basic CAD design and consulting fee! RIP OFF!!!!!!!
