I am BEGGING small business owners DO NOT use this company. THINK HARD before. Omg. Chace is by far so unprofessional and lacks communication. He is the worst I have dealt with in my start up. He will not make you feel comfortable or safe. 8/20 I reached out. Was told I'd have my order within a week or two. Common sense by allotting time for design. Chace tried to take it upon himself and design my business card and made me think it was a designer. Chace has delayed the launch of MY BUSINESS by 5 weeks now. I have missed 3 events because I don't have business cards for networking and marketing. Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. I have used Think Pro Graphics in the past with good results. The good results happened when I brought my own shirts to them and had Think Pro put the graphics on the shirts. When I picked up the shirts in the past, one of the employees told me they also sell shirts and I should take a look at their shirts. This time I decided to let the company make a few dollars on the shirts and purchased the shirts from Think Pro. When I picked up the shirts I specifically asked "how should I care for the shirts?" I was told to "wash the shirts in cold water and dry on a delicate heat." I washed the shirts using the method suggested before wearing the shirts, and the shirts shrunk by at least one size. This shrinking made the shirts unwearable. I contacted the company by email with no response. I contacted the company by phone and let them know of the problem with the shrinking shirts. As a remedy to the situation, I suggested they keep the money that I had already paid for the shirts and graphics, I would purchase new shirts from a different company (at an additional cost to me of course), and I would bring the shirts to them for the graphic. I asked Think Pro to put the graphics on the new shirts at no charge to me. Instead, the company offered me a 20% discount off of the price of adding the graphics to the shirts I would bring in. I trusted Think Pro to sell me a quality product. I'm out the money for the shirts I purchased from Think Pro and the graphics. The shirts and graphics were about $30 each. Think Pro could not care less that the shirt products they sell do not hold their size, even after one wash. Which is unfortunate. A wise businessman once told me it takes 5 years to gain a customer's trust and two seconds to lose it. Lesson learned. I can no longer recommend this company (as I have in the past) nor continue to use their service. read more

I needed last minute shirts printed for a service project/birthday weekend trip to LA for one of my friends. I called TH!NK Screen Printing 2 days before the trip and Kelsey of TH!NK advised me to go to their website tendollarshirtstore.com where I could design my own shirt and have them printed within 24 hours. I was confused why they didn't have the same company names, but the website let me design a something quick in the "Design Studio" tab. I was able to easily find templates that I could play with (I used the Live, Love, Dance logo in the School Activities design category). The colors weren't what I hoped for, but after playing around, you can change the colors & text. I paid $10 for each shirt printed on a white, Next Level Premium Ringspun T-Shirt. The shirts were soft and somewhat thick, but good in quality (I prefer the 60/40 poly blends but this was pretty good for last minute). I paid an additional $50 rush fee ($100 total) and the order went right to TH!NK. Before I purchased, I called Kelsey again and asked if there were any discount codes/offers. She gave me a code for 10% off which I thought was nice. I was really happy with how the shirts turned out as I was able to use as many colors as I wanted and could move the words/designs around to my liking. There were 2 downfalls that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating, however. The first, I wished the colors printed a little more bright like shown on the website (see pics). Although, colors are usually not exact when printed with any company. Second, because I was in a rush to receive the shirts, I wished they'd called me to let me know they were finished as a courtesy. I had to call them to check on my order and when in a rush to get things done last minute for a trip, I would have liked having the comfort of knowing this order was taken care of and ready for me to pick up. I pulled in 5 minutes before they closed and was able to get my shirts on time, however if they had called, I could have come sooner. All in all I had a great experience and the staff seemed friendly and thankful of my service (both on the phone and in person). I liked that John from TH!NK had called me a week later to see how I felt about my service/prints. I like supporting small, local businesses and felt over all they did a good job of assisting me!! I'm obsessed with great service! I used Think to get some tanks and tees printed. Not only were they the best estimate I got but their timeliness and service is impeccable. A couple of shirts were damaged during printing and instead of them throwing those shirts away they let me keep the not so damaged ones WHILE still replacing the damaged ones because they didn't pass their quality control! (Update, the print and quality is done well on the hoodie, but the terrible fulfillment and customer service does not make this company worth the trouble.) Order fulfillment is an absolute joke. Preordering an item will take you over two months. I ordered a single hoodie in September, and was told it would arrive before November. In early November they FINALLY create a shipping label, however after a full week the order has not been received by USPS. After calling them and being told it was likely lost in the mail, they offered the send a replacement that would arrive within the next two days. A new shipping label was never created. Another call back, and I'm told that they will not be sending a replacement, as they found the original package. It had just been sitting there in their facility, unshipped for more than a week. I was given no explanation for why they were unable to ship a package, but told that I would have to wait another 1-4 days for this thing to arrive, and was offered nothing more than a "sorry about that". This company does not have it together and is not the printing middleman that businesses should choose. They are slow, and will only respond to phone calls. Do not bother texting, emailing, or using the website message function. You can't even track the order outside of the shipping label they create (and forget to use). read more

I had a very last minute order to place and this print shop totally came through for me. I needed some business cards on the fly. I stopped in and Jessica was there to help me out. Despite being very busy (answering a multitude of phone calls and helping other customers that were in the shop) she made it a point to keep checking on me to make sure I was getting along okay with the design process. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! The only reason I have decided to place a 2nd order with them is because they screwed up my 1st order and DID NOT PRODUCE LIKE THEY ENSURED ME THEY WOULD. Instead I was just given the couple hundred that I had just spent in "store credit" Since I had this credit I went ahead and placed another order just to get what I was owed, IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS THAT I HAVE PLACED MY SECOND ORDER and AGAIN ONLY HALF OF MY ORDER WAS COMPLETE. This was a very basic job that should have been completed in 1 week(just as I was told.) Never heard back from anyone after placing the order and called to confirm receipt of order and when it would be ready on the 6th day after ordering. Went to pick up order on the 8th day only to be told that there was a delay in order and I would have to wait a few more days to receive order. Needless to say I canceled order. in 2017, I have used this company for a few shirts (in store), and also used their website "thetendollarshirtstore" for a bunch more shirts. The first time I ordered, I was told the shirts would be done on a specific day, they ended up being several days late. (I was told this was because I ordered larger shirts and their supplier was out) but they should have checked before giving me a turn around time. they dgame a discount towards a future printing. One shirt was printed off center. When I ordered from their website the 1st time all the shirts came out with the image off center again, always to far over to the same side). I ordered more shirts and noted to make sure they were centered, only 1 was correct the others still off center. I ordered an apron, it was supposed to be $10 (it was in the $10 category), it ended up being $12. (They additional price does not show until you have all the art loaded, and are placing the order) The apron was supposed to have 2 pockets and a slot for a pen. There was not a slot for the pen. On the website it shows you the item and lets you put your image in the size and placement, but they must be using a different apron than in the picture because the top of actual apron was much narrower, so the picture that was imprinted was much smaller and not in the same place that I put on their website. The color of the image was way off also, with the ink bleeding through. However all in all if you order the shirts on their website you can't beat the price or the quality of the shirts. I will keep going back to the website when I need more white shirts printed. read more

In Think's defense, the image we provided was a bit of a challenge to work with. JD assured me that they would make it right. Only place I will order custom shirts from because of how amazing they are. We order our company shirts for corporate events here every year. They ALWAYS complete orders in an incredibly fast manner and the work they do is such great quality. Every year, they have helped with logos and designs. if there were a negative star I would put it. I have tried think graphics over and over in hopes of at least being satisfied and each time they manage to screw up my job. They dont really care about quality, professionalism or honesty. They market themselves as an FSC certified printer, but they aren't. Straight out lies. They dont check to make sure that the file sent matches what is actually printed and their excuse is that they dont have time to do that. Oh and dont expect to get your product when they say they will have it done for you. They have one crappy printer that leaves streaks on your work and stops working every other day. I've gotten business cards and flyers printed from there and the color is all off and the cuts are all off. They'll find any reason to blame you for the mistake. You're better off going to a kinkos than think graphics. read more
