I kid you not Cecilia was probably showing us 3 houses a week for about two months straight. She patient with us the entire time when, with each house, we decided it wasn't the one. Each time we put in an offer and we unfortunately outbid (this Bay Area market is competitive), she kept our hopes up that the right house was right around the corner. Boy was she right. Towards the end of February, we found a house that we really loved. However, the house had just accepted an offer but had made a counter offer. We had a small window of a few hours to decide if we wanted to make an offer. Cecilia stayed up that night writing the offer to submit that same night. A day later, we found out our offer was accepted. During the entire escrow, Cecilia was on top of it. She answered all of our questions and calls, even late into the night she would stay up explaining the entire escrow process.
