There was supposed to be removal of the material and replaced with compactable fill that I had arranged for. After taking one load of dirt away and returning with one load of fill. I was informed that he could not complete the job because he kept getting stuck where he was dumping the dirt and his day was over. Having three more loads of dirt and more fill paid for this left me in quite a spot. Contacting another company to complete what goldshit couldn't caused cost overruns and huge issues with other contractors not being able to use the drive. Since I refused to pay for a job not only not completed but done poorly joshy feels entitled to ride his bougie electric bike by my house and verbally accost my girlfriend in public, who by the way is completely innocent and was not involved at the time of the DRIVEWAY debacle, but also really doesn't know what happened. I have held off writing a review for 8 years hoping he would be less abusive towards my children and friends but he continues to walk into the street and confront me while I drive down my own street with his form of intimidation to try to get me to pay for a job he didn't complete much less pay for the cost incurred by his incompetence as a truck driver and business owner. Beware this pond scum, don't pay until the job is done and never let him know your address. I would suggest he turn his head away as I have for the past 8 years and keep his tongue and public antics to himself. I rue the day or paths crossed.

First, they give a two hour window to come give a quote. Though I value my time, I'm also in need of a solution and finding landscapers after so much rain is proving hard (side note: when I ask for suggestions, I keep getting ideas of who NOT to call). Second, with other contractors I've gotten the estimate at the same time as the quote. This place said they would email or mail me the quote. Two weeks later I was on a terror about Duke Energy, so I called Dave Vogel and asked for the names of his competitors because I figured he didn't or wasn't able to do the job since he didn't send the quote. He laughed and said he has no competitors because he's the best. I said if that's the case, I would have gotten a quote. Then, I got some run around that it was emailed, but they'd email it again. I'm not sure what kind of technology they use, but I didn't get it that evening and had suggested they just snail mail it since they had the address from visiting my house. At this point I just wanted to see what they suggested because I was thinking maybe I could DIY it. I received the quote 4 weeks after his employee visited my house to give a quote. Terrible. Then, I got a phone asking when I wanted to schedule them. Laughable!

Have been with this company since its inception in 2006. In the beginning, it was very good. Lawn…read morelooked great. Any problems, they were on it. In the past several years however, since Tommy Yeager left, it's gone downhill. They cannot seem to keep a manager and have had several in the past 8ish years. The communication between departments has broken down as well. One tells you tomorrow's service is late summer fertilizer, then tech comes and it's grub treatment. They tell me to have grub treatment later in August, then they change it to July. What is the real answer? Also, the continuity of service is subpar. I have a different tech every time. It used to be the same guy for years. No more. The front desk is also not answering the phone like they did for years. I was on hold for over 15 minutes today. No one ever answered. Not a good look for what used to be a reputable business. There is just too many changes within the company structure. While I understand that this business has grown exponentially, it leaves a long term, very dedicated customer with many cons and not too many pros.

The day I moved and ran water in the kitchen sink the cabinet filled up with water because the garbage disposal was not installed correctly. A week after moving it was found that the pipes under the master bath were not secure and water damaged subfloor and first floor ceiling. When offered the chance to fix the issue to stand by his work he responded with "lol tell her to call a plumber." Now a few weeks later the entire first floor wall and windows need replaced because of missing flashing on the deck, the previous damage was just dry walled over and not disclosed. One of the toilets needs to be reset because it wobbles and ALL the faucets are loose, like he can't tighten a bolt.
