DO NOT USE! We have always used Parisi for our plumbing needs, I am a supporter of local mom and…read morepop business, but I do not recommend them any longer. We bought a home in August, had an inspection done and our septic tank pumped and checked. Parisi came out to deal with our water heater not giving us hot water. This was their second trip out in 3 months for this issue. Turns out we have extremely hard water. This time the plumber worked hard at cleaning out hard water from the tank. Before he left he came to my porch, showed me a 5 gallon bucket filled 1/4 of the way up with hard water and said "this is what I got out of your tank and this much if not more went down your drain in there" referring to our drain in the utility room which leads directly to the confluence of all the drainage pipes in our home. The next day the toilet clogged but not from anything that should have clogged it. Plunging led to large amounts of water flowing INTO my house via the toilet, the main drain, and the tub. We had to have Roto Rooter out for an emergency call on a Sunday, and when we called to talk to Parisi about it in hopes they would at least offer to cover part of the Roto Rooter bill, we were told by the owner...."oh no no no, we don't do anything like that" when my husband explained what the plumber had said he did with the hard water particles. This is a small town that runs off of trust, word of mouth and standing by your work. There was not a bit of concern from the owners or even an offer to so much as come look at what had happened. We are an honest family, who is not out to get anyone, but when we trust our home and our finances to someone for repairs, we expect them to stand by their work and be honest. Her word against mine, only she was not here, and I was. Its unfortunate but I will never use them again and will be spreading the word of this to as many people as I can!

The initial call was considered a holiday since eve of USA 250 birthday. Pricing was high that night, but explained prior to our committing to him coming out. We called an electrician and he said it was a float but he does not replace them. We called TLC septic and they were here for less than a hour and fixed the problem with a new float. We feel we were given the run around and did not need the Electrician or plumber to come out at all. We were charged $175 for a service call for nothing.

After months of unreliable hot water, which fluctuates every two minutes between hot and cold.... The Boiler "Brand New" K2 from US boilers. Is supposed to be awesome... it's already been rebuilt once and after numerous attempts to get it to operate properly. I'm more frustrated than ever. I work out of town. Though a decent man, I soon realized we were being overcharged on many aspects of the projects. Many of the subs were charging us additional fees for travel because of our location. A neighbor with a similar issue was referred to Excel Plumping. We also contacted Jeff and were amazed that his bid was less than half what the contractors sub bid us. Jeff came and did the work in-between jobs and on his own time. I grew up working with my father who is a contractor specializing in plumbing and I can tell you Jeff dis an outstanding job. No extra fees for travel, nothing. I will be using him for future projects for sure. He is a good honest man and would be happy to refer him to anyone
