He knows a great deal about the difficulties in the whole house remodeling and ways to expedite the process. What's also worth mentioning is that his proposal is the clearest among all the bidders. This spring we noticed the top layer of approximately one third of the cement was deteriorating. We have communicated with the woman who supposedly bought the company. She has continually refused to do anything to correct this problem even though she had one of the workmen who had done the original job agree that the cement was overworked and should be replaced. This woman named Angel missed several appointments to even inspect the damaged material. We are still trying to get her to respond and correct this problem. Our next step will be small claims.
