Throughout our discussion, Shaul gave us multiple options and three different proposals that fit our budget and vision. He knows a great deal about the difficulties in the whole house remodeling and ways to expedite the process. What's also worth mentioning is that his proposal is the clearest among all the bidders. Our floors were installed in our newly built home by Unique Wood Designs. Almost immediately, the…read morefiller started coming out. Shane was very nice at first and agree to fix them. Unfortunately, when his crew attempted to fix them, it ruined the finish on the floor around those areas. He then agreed to refinish the floors. When his crew refinished the floors, they did nothing to protect our woodwork and splashed stain and polyurethane all over our white baseboards and door moldings. They also missed spots and polyurethaned over clumps of hair (I had completely vacuumed the entire floor the morning of their arrival and they said they would do it again). Despite multiple phone calls, Shane refused to call me back and told our builder that the baseboards were our problem, not his. And the filler continues to come out.
