I asked on 3 separate occasions before I left the store could they please post a sold sign on the crib since i had to come back with a truck. Yes no problem. Imagine my surprise when I returned 30 minutes later and the crib was gone. It had been sold to another person. I asked how could it have been sold when I had already purchased it? Not one person would answer me or make eye contact with me. When I asked again after mentioning that I had asked 3 separate people to put a sign on the crib I was told by one girl that it was out of her control. Not a single person behind that counter took any accountability. I know this review won't mean one thing to anyone and I know Once Upon a Child could care less what type of review is left based on negative reviews but I will certainly continue to share with anyone listening the incompetence of this store and its staff.

They called asking about a product with an imperfection, which seemed like stellar customer service. Everyone was masked and practice social distancing when going to pick up. I was already on foot, but they have curbside pick up. The online shopping experience was convenient and identifies items out of stock or low. Wonderful experience from start to finish.
