The line is a long winding one difficult with a walker or wheelchair to go thru the small aisle and to the registers. I guess they do this in most stores to sell additional items but it's hard for some of us to dodge and not get stuck. The beauty section lady was very nice. That's the only reason they get 2 stars. The store was organized in that section and she was very helpful. They had plenty of disabled spots in the parking lot.

Also the most ANNOYING thing is when they are about to close they literally come over the entercom and announce they are closing in 30 minutes 25 minutes 20 minutes 15 minutes 10 minutes in 5 minutes !!!!! What do they think this accomplishes except making people nervous and anxious? People obviously are going to leave but they want everyone out of their door right at the close time, in retail that's never going to happen but they get nasty about it and then let's talk about how you have to wait 15 minutes or longer no bs to check out!! How do you never schedule enough people to run a register accordingly to your sales and productivity? Again there are a few great employees but they never last long because they work them to death by making them check people out alone! This wod have for 5 stars if it weren't for that! So I arrived and picked it up, took it to the desk and the lady said she needed to get approval for the price match. I looked up the listing from walmart to show her the listed price. She said that the price, including the shipping, has to be lower than their price. The listing says "Free pickup, Fri October 11th." She took a picture of the listing, including the shipping details and sends them in a message to her store manager, no reply. She called the manager, no answer. Time is burning. She messaged the store owner, no reply. She called the owner, no answer. We are now at 20 minutes of waiting. I figured "It would be a shame to leave empty handed, i mean after all Ive waited this long." She keeps messaging and calling until finally she gets through to someone, but they hang up on her. Finally, 30 minutes after I arrived, she makes contact with someone that can approve the discount. She is than told the manager has to confirm the price and is hung up on. So we wait even longer. Finally she gets a call, they wont match the price because walmart's free shipping is only if I spend $35. Walmart clearly ships this item to the store for free. The lady at the store was very nice. I cannot recommend her more highly. The manager of the store was both unprofessional and demeaning in the way he/she treated the customer and the lady at the counter. Later in the evening the owner called me to apologize and offered to deliver it to my himself.

I've always been happy with the value that I got in my purchase, but I had a mattress that basically sunk in and they warranted it under the 10 year warranty and gave me full credit towards a new one. The process was easy and frankly, I am surprised how easy they made it. So now I have a new and different brand mattress and hopefully this one will hold up better.
