The store uses those electronic price tags. The price tags will indicate one price, but the item scans at a higher price at check-out. Again, this has happened to me twice in the past two months. For example, a pack of 8 tortillas was listed as $3.99 on the electronic price tag, but scanned at the register as $6.99. As I sat and thought about it, if this is a store scam against customers, then it is the perfect store for doing so, since many of its customers are elderly. Two more things I need to point out: 1) Another customer had the same pricing issue, and 2) The 'customer watcher' at the self check-out comes right over and makes the price change with no questions asked. It's flaky as hell, and I advise everyone to do an experiment by taking pictures of the price tags before going to the check-out.

The next day I went back and I spoke with the manager and I showed him the posted photo of the fish on sale. He apologized and said that they didn't receive the fish and offered me a rain check. I said it is fine, but I think your staff should know what is on the special of the week since you don't post them in your store. He replied that it wasn't posted following instructions from the company.Today 9/7, I visited the store.
