The last time I was there without trying to find merchandise without tags, I found four just in my size that needed to be priced. When I went to try something on, I took one of the unpriced merchandise with me which I was not interested in, but showed it to the dressing room lady, and she proceeded to tell me that they would tell me at the checkout what the price was. I knew that if I wanted something that the check out would tell me what the price is because I've had that problem before. I think that if something is missing a price tag it need to be repriced. The bulk of their returns are without receipts. Clothing was returned by Managers, even though they smelled horribly of body odor & had signs of excessive wear. Managers returned clothing with little snags under the armpits, although another manager informed them that the item was not Ross merchandise. It's finally open! Today I visited the new Boot Barn in the Levee District, and it was a great…read moreexperience. From the moment I walked in, I loved the feel of it! The store itself is beautifully designed, it's clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Every display felt intentional, and the overall vibe was warm, modern, and inviting. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that's both functional and visually appealing. I heard the employees being attentive and helpful all throughout the store. They greeted me right away, offered help, and had great suggestions based on what I was looking for. It's rare to find a team that balances professionalism and genuine kindness so effortlessly, but this staff nailed it. The hat & boot selection is impressive and the prices were bad either! I'm going to have a hard time picking out the right hat for my dad for Christmas! The quality of the products really stood out too, I love the smell of leather & there were so many cute options! They also had plenty of accessories and little extras throughout the store that made browsing even more fun. Overall, this boot store delivered on every level. Amazing employees, and a beautiful design that makes you want to stay and shop. I'm so glad I stopped in, and I'll definitely be back (probably more than I should)!
