Seriously, I've never had such a wonderful experience dealing with a contractor for work on my home. His attention to detail and care for your home is so thorough and thoughtful. He was the first person I contacted through Yelp to just get the fascia board on my house painted. I recently had my roof redone and the roofers messed up some fascia board and had to replace it, but of course did not paint it. Niceforo came by the following day to give me a quote. I felt like his quote was very reasonable for the fascia board. However, he did mention that he could do the whole house (our house was different shades of beige due to an addition that was color matched and only one part of the exterior having pigmented stucco), so there were like 4 shades of beige on our house. After spending a lot of money with the roofers, we didn't feel like we could spend too much more on painting the exterior, but I told him if it didn't take him too long then to please provide us a quote. Niceforo was very thorough in talking to me about the work he would do if he was hired and he put it in writing via email. After talking with him, I didn't even bother trying to get another quote. He was very genuine and I thought the price was reasonable and he gave me the impression that he is an expert with paint, painting, and has such pride in his work. He told me he would power wash the house, put quality primer, seal the cracks in my stucco, and add two coats of premium quality paint on my house. Anyway, I think the pictures speak for themselves. He was extremely patient with my husband and me when we were trying to figure out the color that matched our new roof. He never told us we needed to hurry up and he gave us his honest opinion when we asked for it. If they impress me, I ask them to come and view the job site, then give me a bid. This time, after a review of the MANY high-quality reviews for Mastercraft Interiors, I contacted Scott, the owner. We chatted, he came by the next day (a Tuesday), he saw the site, we discussed the job and colors, he delivered a detailed the bid the next day, we accepted same day. The very next day, he came by with color books to choose from, we discussed them at great length, then he directed me to a quality local paint store to get samples to try out. I got them, slapped on the walls, decided it was good and told Scott it was a go. I thought for sure it would be weeks before we got started and got done, which worried me as I have a very complicated travel schedule. To my pleased amazement, Scott somehow rearranged his life, worked from Saturday through Tuesday, was back Wednesday to put all the switch and outlet covers back on, helped me put a few tricky shelves back on the walls, and was packed up, cleaned up and out mid-day. It was awesome. It was a very tricky paint job as a bad remodeling job 15 years ago created some fancy footwork to paint in some areas. I've never seen such an efficient team (Scott + Jerri, a licensed professional who also got right to work). Incredibly meticulous painting, extremely careful about clean up.
