I thought it was only for people with "serious" injuries. It has helped me so much. I had leg pain for years. At least a decade. And it slowly got worse and worse until I could no longer ignore it. I went to the doctor and he prescribed PT. I didn't think it would help but I had to try something because I was in so much pain. It was amazing how much it helped. After only a few sessions I could tell a difference and now, a year later I still have only very mild leg pain very, very rarely. Both Renee and Tammy are great. They both greet you as soon as they see with a Mr. (or Mrs.) (insert your last name here). They provide a large variety of exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles around knee replacement. From their assistance and guidance I have been able to get a lot of flexibility in the knee and walk, get up from low chairs, and climb stairs unassisted. I chose 9th Avenue Physical Therapy because Tammy was able to quickly qualify over the phone and schedule an appointment in a timely manner.
