Very disappointed with STEM productions. Communication was terrible. I sent an email with details of my wedding and inquiring of their services. The first email was either ignored or missed. I assumed it was the latter so I sent a second email (about a week after the first email). Again, they must not have read the email because they responded with the incorrect wedding date. In the email, I was provided a contact number along with time and date of availability. I called (during their available day/hours) but no one answered so I left a voicemail. Instead of a call back, I received a text message asking if I was available in half an hour. After waiting over an hour for a phone call, I decided to give up on STEM Productions.
