Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. That said, the billing was completely unacceptable. The final invoice came in at nearly double the original estimate, even though the project did not change in scope. There were no major additions, no unexpected issues, and no clear communication that costs were increasing along the way. Getting a bill that far off from the estimate without explanation feels misleading at best. An estimate should be reasonably close to the final cost--not off by such a huge margin with no warning. If there had been transparency or ongoing communication about pricing changes, this would be a very different review. Proceed with caution. The workmanship may be solid, but make sure you get everything in writing and demand clear, upfront communication about costs, because that was a major failure here.

Don't use!! We've used them as our service provider for heating. Woke up to a massive flood and…read morewater shooting out of our unit at 5am ( I suspect they didn't inspect or fix it appropriately during our annual maintenance). Called at 5am and got the call center. They took all my info but got no response. Had to figure out how to shut down the water and unit myself while cold water was spraying everywhere. Called back again at 8am and got call center again. They said they sent the message and tech got the page at 5am when I originally called. Yet no call back from the tech or anyone! Had to call back again at 9am. This time got the office. The woman on the other end couldn't have cared less that my basement was flooded, I had no heat or water, that we're regular customers and that no one called back. She said the tech was on vacation! So why have a calling service if you're not going staff it appropriately or care to respond? Frankly if the tech called me back and said he was on vacation I would have been fine with that so I could have moved on to another emergency service sooner. Good service and communication really isn't that hard.
