I would not recommend their services. I hired Land Mapping to complete property staking. The only…read moredocuments they provided were ones I could and have obtained from Registry of Deeds. They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.

We found Peter through Redfin and my boyfriend (now fiancé - soon to be husband within a month!) promised each other that we would be scrupulous when meeting with Peter and we would not work with him if we didn't like him. Halfway through our first showing of three houses, we both looked at each other and said we loved him. Peter was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He was so easy to work with. He was pleasant and warm and very friendly but he was also absolutely diligent and he provided disclosures every step of the way. Peter never led us astray. I fell in love with a house that needed a lot of work and Peter gently talked me out of it, thank goodness. Frankly, we had NO IDEA what we wanted and after a few showings, Peter was able to figure out what we wanted. Peter found the house we bought himself and it is perfect. It's in a great neighborhood, perfect space, and needed no serious work and was in our price range. It would have been awful if we missed the opportunity to live where we do now. I got a great feeling about this house right away and so did my parents. We are so grateful to Peter and Real Estate Door for making the house buying process completely seamless - especially for our first house.
