Back on Track- Pool Basics: The pool area itself is not handicap accessible so go elsewhere if you can't use stairs. The only entries into the pool are a chair lift and ladders. The pool itself can feel pretty crowded because there are swim lessons and lap swimming happening in the somewhat small pool at the same time. PT Staff: My staff member was late every single time he met with me and he stopped right on time. The staff aren't hands on like Spaulding. They don't get into the pool with you, but instead sit in a chair on the edge of the pool typing notes about you while you're exercising. Awkward. After I went to Spaulding I realized my PT at Back on Track was having me do exercises that weren't right for where I was at. When I got hurt from our third session but I thought it was me, not him. It was him. Facility: The Wellbridge health club is an expensive one, so they do have pretty nice locker rooms and a lot of convenient extras like robes, shampoo etc., tea, mouthwash, hair spray, and hair dryers. The PT room itself is a tiny room with two therapy tables. They have curtains, but it was pretty awkward being evaluated 5 feet from someone else getting treatment. Like I said before, Back On Track Cambridge is really a better fit for someone with a minor injury who is pretty high functioning. I would really recommend anyone who is elderly, deals with chronic pain, or just wants more skilled therapy to go to the Spaulding Charlestown for PT. It is more hands on, the pool is warmer, and it's completely accessible. If you work in Harvard Square and just need something basic that's convenient, try it out here.

Be advised: This is not a real, full service PT clinic - this is a one-person, one-room operation…read moreinside a beautiful upscale health club in Harvard square. Parking is never easy unless you are willing to pay, in which case it is easy and abundant. My PT session was not long enough for critical analysis. Let it be known: I am a BIG fan of Back On Track in Brookline.

Can't say enough good things about Outback. My doctor wrote me a referral when I was dealing with…read morefoot pain, which appeared to be repetitive stress/strain from running. I had wanted to do a gait analysis and looked at private companies, which charge a few hundred dollars for this (and likely then try to sell you on a gym membership, which I didn't want/need). Instead, I did maybe 10 or 12 sessions at Outback, and we first looked at what was causing my foot issues: tight and weak hips, tight calves and poor ankle stability, and I got functional exercises (mostly with a resistance band) to work on those. Toward the end of my treatment, my therapist did record me running on a treadmill at the office in slow motion (on my phone so I could keep the videos) and broke down a few mechanics I could be mindful of. It's been about 18 months since i wrapped up there, and I could be better about continuing the exercises, but I know I can always go back to them if my foot starts to flare up. I super appreciated the holistic approach to my care, and also how we could modify, change, or discard exercises that I was having trouble with or not seeing benefits from. A steal to do this for my insurance copay each time!

Love them here! The second injury I came here for was influenced by my pregnancy, and the physical therapist (Cara) was very knowledgeable about that aspect of treatment as well. Again, way better than other places I had been to before.

I highly recommend Dr. Patrick Doody at Harvard Chiropractic…read more Dr. Doody is, without doubt, the best chiropractor I have worked with. Upon our first meeting, Dr. Doody immediately identified my muscular and skeletal "problem areas," and developed, and has executed on, a therapy strategy plan that has resulted in a significant increase in my mobility and a decrease in my pain. Dr. Doody is kind, responsive, and understanding, and my experience with Dr. Doody has been consistently been excellent. I can think of no better Chiropractic therapist in the Boston area.

THANK YOU Dr DOODY FOR RESTORING MY POSTURE!! at age 76, over the course of a few years, my posture…read morehad gotten worse & worse without me noticing it, until my back hurt every time I went for a walk. Then it hurt to stand straight & I feared correct posture could never be restored. This is No way to spend my later years on the planet! Thankfully, Dr Doody created a 5-6 month plan for me (2x visits a week & a few simple exercises at home), & I followed the plan. I am beyond thrilled to say that today, I easily stand tall and enjoy walking 5-6 miles a day. If I don't keep up my simple warmup routine, my lower back may remind me with a twinge, & I will stop my walk & perform a few spot exercises that alleviate the pain & keep my body going - with joy! To me, this has been like a miracle, giving me my Freedom and Joy back. Kayla and the professionally-run office make it easy to "do the right thing" and be restored to health & vitality. What a Great Team!

I highly recommend Chiropractor, Dr Colleen Morley and Spine & Sports Injury Center!…read more If I could give 8 out of 5 stars, I would. My daughter has had neck pain in the last few days but it escalated around 4am this morning. She couldn't move her neck too much. So we began a search for local chiropractors who could possibly see her on an emergency basis this morning before her 10am class. We left a couple of messages on their voicemail before we took a Lyft to their office. Yelp showed their office opened at 7am. Jose, the security guard in the building was friendly as we waited patiently for a call back. The remote receptionist returned our call around 7:30am and said the earliest appt would be 8:40am. We took it and waited patiently... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Colleen gave my daughter: Exam Adjustment Massage Laser red light Dry needle acupuncture ... exercises to do at home. She said that she would like to see her again in a couple of days. My daughter's neck flexibility and SMILE at the end of this appointment said it all. We left their office by 9:35am and my daughter made it to her 10am class on time! Colleen was friendly, professional, attentive, thorough, intelligent and experienced. I am so glad my daughter has a new and amazing chiropractor in Boston.

I genuinely look forward to my sessions and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. She's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to understand what's actually going on instead of just treating symptoms. On top of that, Colleen is just an awesome human; personable, supportive, and genuinely invested in her patients' health and well-being. Highly recommend her if you're working through an injury or even just wanting to feel 100%. She truly does it ALL: alignments, dry-needling, graston, ARPwave, manual therapy... the list goes on!!
