This time I listen and hear their line say calls are recorded and go hmm ... so who picks up the phone ? It's James again . I then tell him I never received the calll so he looks me up by my phone number and information. James can't seem to "find" anything. Meanwhile I refresh his memory and he recalls the conversation, proceeds to ask me the SAME questions from our previous conversation. So I interrupted him and say "how do you not have this information already aren't your calls recorded and he replies yes and then tells me he'll go back to the recorded call and call me back. Well it's been over a week. I guess James is still searching for that call.
