BPM demonstrated poor vendor management, inadequate project oversight, a lack of responsiveness to questions and a failure to respect and support our volunteers. They talk a good talk but the truth looks very different. After switching management companies--they still can't finalize the transition nearly a month past contractual termination. He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. The renters they recommended were professional squatters that knew every legal trick in the book. RW cost my wife and I about $15,000 in lost rent and legal fees in just 4 months! Not to mention all the stress of having the squatters evicted. RW is good at collecting their up front fees and the first 1 1/2 months rent. After that, they throw you to the wolves. They even collected their monthly "management" fee for the final two months free rent we were forced to give the squatters to get them out! Stay away from this company!!
