Some one from here (I have their business card) showed up with an associate of his to my house (it…read moreis for sale), knocked once, and as I was walking to answer the door he began to tampered with my door and locks. When I opened the door he had claimed to have made an appointment to view the house. (the selling realtor confirmed that his appointment was 2 days from this) I allowed them into my home, being a little confused as to the dates. He didn't take his boots off and trekked snow all over my hardwood floors. He immediately began to roam the house ahead of me, while his associate explored other rooms in the house. I still live here, I have things in this house that I care about and two strangers are roaming it unsupervised! After they turned on all of the lights and opened all of the doors they left, and left the lights and doors for me to deal with. I'd they are willing to do this to my home that they want to buy, imagine waht they will so to your home. What will they do to sell a home?

I'd literally wasted 6 months of my life with these people, before firing them and hiring a new realtor. I wasn't contacted when either closing failed too go through, I wasn't contacted when appraisers were at my door. Matt and Sheena left me high and dry. Also,during the 6 month period, the housing market collapsed,so had they done there jobs I'd have received over 20k more for my property than I ended up with. If I could rate them zero stars,I would. In fact, they've gone above and beyond what I would have expected a couple of times. For example, I moved in late and parked in the lot behind the building I was in as directed. I woke up the second morning there to find my car towed. It was a weekend so I couldn't get a hold of anyone that could do anything. Monday morning I was called by Dean and told he would cover it as it was a misunderstanding. He then gave me a ride to the lot it was towed to and apologized. Amazing. This is how property managers should be. I'd give them a full five stars but the maintenance is a bit lacking at times. But at the prices they offer, it's easy to forgive.

They approached me about letting me out of my lease a month early if I paid for carpet cleaning and let them keep my deposit I agreed. I moved in the place was nasty sticky carpets the entire 6 weeks I stayed there. I moved out leaving it cleaner than I got it then they sent me a letter saying I owed for the carpets. I immediately responded contesting no response from them when I asked for pictures showing the supposed damage. Since I had pictures of my own. 4 months later a collection agent called me so I sent all the pictures and emails to them saying I would rather go to court. 3 Falls Apartments are not repaired all they are is slum lords.
