I had never had an accident or traffic violation and still I was being financially punished for staying with them so I called Allstate one evening and was connected with Julia Miller. I was amazed at the patience she displayed while thoroughly explaining every section of coverage and she simplified all of the answers to my questions. Allstate was able to increase my coverage limits for both liability and collision while decreasing my premiums by $55 a month. Julia explained that as an independent agent she is my advocate, she works for me and collects commission from Allstate. While Geico or Progressive's customer service agents are company employees and only have their employers best interest in mind.
