She folded the pink slip and handed it to him. He trusted her and put the paper in his pocket and she said we were done! He drove 1 hour and 10 minutes back home, and come to find out, when he took the paper out of his pocket and read it, his bill was only $192, she charged him $402.00! I would not recommend this notary shop, but if you do go here, keep your receipts and verify that amount you paid is the same as the one on your receipt!

I go in for a walk-in appointment and from the get-go, I'm met with hostility. I told the man at the front desk that I would like to do a walk in appointment to do my fingerprints, but I'm RUDELY told that I have to go online and SCHEDULE a WALK-IN appointment, which made ABSOLUTELY no sense at all. After that, I was basically shooed away and was told to "just have a seat". And if that wasn't enough, after waiting like 30 mins and watching many people get their fingerprints done before me (even though I was the first person to show up), when I was finally able to schedule the walk in, I was told that I couldn't be serviced because the information that I entered on the website didn't match the information on my passport, which was a BLATANT AND BOLD FACE LIE because I inputted ALL of my info correctly, multiple times! But instead of trying to work out the problem right then and there, I was shooed away again and was referred to customer service. I regret not getting names and numbers because everyone involved deserves to be fired. Immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS INDENTOGO OR ELSE YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH PURE INCOMPETENCE AND STUPIDITY.
