HE had no clue who was coming to see him till I showed up and he finally opened the file. At the hearing he forgot to submit key details, which thankfully were fixed but no thanks to him. The very few calls made to his office went DAYS without a response, requiring a follow up most every time. When you did get Roz, his assistant, on the phone, you were clearly given the feeling that you were wasting their time. The call was not only rushed, but the breviloquent answers were vapid in content, seldom giving any assurance you, or they, really knew what was going on. The turd on the Sunday was the final letter they sent - making it clear I was fully on my own, if I had questions (yeah, right) they would charge me to not answer them and it was my responsibility to follow up with the state if things should change. Never mind he is paid fully up front. I am contemplating a complaint to the bar association. I have worked with several lawyers over the years, but none so cookie cutter, fill in the blank useless as Gary Wolfe et al.
