We flew up the next week & spent the day with Stuart & the properties...While we didn't find the perfect fit, hard to do the first time...We did find our Realitor in Stuart...He went out of his way to explain everything to us & it appeared Stuart has our best interest in mind...We look forward to working with him as long as it takes...It should be mentioned, we live in the South Bay Area of LA, making this a 1,200 long distance search....So were not right there to take a look should a new listing come up...
