She has a very rude tone as she is looking for results for a mutual patient. She has no business representing this medical practice unless the rest of the staff have the same attitude as she does. Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance.
