Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. I truly believe that the medical squadrons (AF) fall under that political BS we are all familiar with. So, this review is two-fold. 1.) THIS IS AN AMAZING DEPENDENT ONLY CLINIC 2.) Active duty deserve this level of care; after all, it is THEIR service that makes the clinic run.

How are you supposed to build a rapport with a physician when they are either let go or they quit. The type of care I have received this last year has declined. Having a clinic go through so many staff members in such a short time doesn't say much about on how they treat their staff. So disappointed on how the clinic went down hill so fast.

Only 4-Stars due to the staff being somewhat "pushy" with regards to selling us (wife & I) new glasses. We went in explaining we are retirees on Medicare with Aetna Insurance (supplemental). One of the staff members checked our medical coverage and immediately said we needed to pay $39.00 each for the exams. My wife explained that we shouldn't be charged due to our age and we are diabetic (this exam being our annual check-up), and we've never been charged before. She then checked again and came back and said, "Oh, your exams are free". I understand that LensCrafters is in the business to make money, but being retired and on fixed incomes we cannot afford $400+ for glasses (each). The person assisting us was somewhat reluctant to give us our prescriptions, but my wife was persistent and we obtained copies of our prescriptions. Nice selection of frames with high-class names (Ray Ban, Stetson, etc.), but when you add up the costs of new frames ($188-$200+) and lenses, they quickly become cost prohibitive. As stated in the begging of this review, Dr. Pham was knowledgeable and great to talk with. We'll more than likely be back next year for our annual exams.

When I have been in, he is quick to pinpoint the exact nature of the problem, and is very honest in letting you know what you can expect for treatment. Some chiropractors will have you come in again and again, even without any benefit to the patient. Each time I have been in to see Dr. McEachron, he has limited the number of visits to 3....and only 3. Each time the problem was resolved and he saw no additional benefit to me making repeat/return visits. His honesty is much appreciated, as is his knowledge of kinesiology and the the human skeletal system. His patients all seem to really appreciate his services!
