The director, Kari, always takes time to have a thorough and honest conversation with us to hear our concerns. As a first time parent who was new to daycare I would definitely recommend this daycare. She said I needed to reschedule due to it being their busiest time (which I could understand). However, Childtime lacked communication on this as they shouldn't have set an appointment time they couldn't commit to in the first place. OR they could have called me and informed me of the need to reschedule. The attitude from that staff member was unnecessary and could have been prevented if appropriate actions were placed. I don't want anyone like that potentially watching over my kid or anyone else's. Maybe it was just her, so sorry to the facility but her performance may need to be reviewed. I have worked in customer service for years and I would never put the blame on a customer or make them feel unwanted. Why do that to someone who is wanting/paying you to watch over their child?? I'll be sure to leave my review every where possible.
