I don't go there to be talked down to by the "Tax Professionals", which is exactly what happened to me. I was repeatedly told "uh that's not how it works" and "why on do you think that" in a hugely condescending tone. Perhaps its not a big deal but its nice to at least feel welcome going into a place like that. I don't know the lady's name who talked with me but i wouldn't mention it if I did. But her actions have made me not want to go back to H&R block ever again. Im sure she doesn't care in the least but they have lost a customer because of her actions.
