The Family Foot Health Center were able to find a hairline fracture that was causing the pain and give me options for treatment if needed. I cannot say enough about how efficient and professional they were. Things were explained to me in language I could understand and enough time was spent with me as well. Also, the wait time was minimal. Special thanks to Grace in the front office, the person who did the Xrays with specialized equipment, and Dr. Bisbee herself. The appointment went really well and I am glad I now know what is going on with my foot. Fortunately for me, the hairline fracture will likely get better without any further treatment, but now I know what is going on.

I was in a lot of pain but was told that it was the earliest they had. They did say they would put me on a cancellation waiting list. Never did get a call in 2 months, So I cancelled my appointment. I will look for alternative relieve rather than stay with a company that is so busy that they have their patient wait 3 months to get help. You should not have to wait 3 month to get relieve from pain.

I am still dealing with this pain. it comes and goes and as very painful. My last visit... I don't think he could leave the room fast enough and release me. Mind you, during this visit I stated that I was still having pain. I was dismissed in every way possible. I'm needing to have it looked at again. I wouldnt let that Dr wash my car. Absolutely horrible experience with front desk staff and doctor! I filled out my paperwork online…read morethe day before my appointment so I arrived 5 min early since my paperwork was done. My appointment was at 01:00pm and I arrived at 12:55pm. Lady at front desk said I most likely cannot be seen since I was not there 30 min early because THEIR system hasn't been transferring paperwork over for them from online. I told her I didn't know that and she told me again I probably couldn't be seen because they could not squeeze me in. I was never notified beforehand. The front desk lady was very stern and rude when talking to me. She went and asked the doctor if she could still see me. Five min later, at 1:00pm, she came back and said I can be seen so she then gave me paperwork at 1:01pm to complete again. I finished the paperwork by 1:06pm and gave to front desk. The nurse then called me back at 1:08pm. The nurse wasn't rude. Dr. Nancy Lee, DPM came in around 1:13pm. She did not have any bedside manner and was very condescending each time she answered a question. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and dismissed the tone thinking it was maybe nothing. But then it just got worse from there. I asked my first question, "Will it be painful? Her response was, "You've had a c-section" then she gave me a look like I was dumb for asking "it won't be that bad." I tried to ask what recovery would look like. She quickly said I would feel better in 1-2 weeks and then I could get the other foot done. She acted rushed and that was not a thorough answer at all. My toddler was being loud and telling me she needed to potty. So I tried to tell her to quiet down and that I could take her potty when I was done talking with the doctor. I still had a lot of questions. The doctor then said "It looks like you need to focus on that so I'll go tell front desk what is happening." So I didn't even get to ask any more questions about the procedure and felt overwhelmed like I didn't know about aftercare and I didn't know exactly what she would be doing during the procedure. I didn't get to ask anything. There were so many questions that I had and she literally just left the room. She went to talk to front desk and I tried to gather up my two kiddos and my things and meet them up there. I was trying to schedule my appointment while my daughter was still telling me she needed to go potty. I scheduled in a rush and then took my child to the bathroom and my appointment was over. I had left the building 1:28pm. That shows how quickly the doctor rushed me out. The entire interaction had me so overwhelmed and upset. I decided that night that I couldn't follow through with a procedure I didn't know enough about but also that I couldn't let a doctor who was rude and condescending towards me perform any further care with me. I called and canceled the next morning and rescheduled at a different foot clinic. I'm leaving this review for others to see. If this clinic staff negatively impacted me, I know they could negatively impact another person and I want others to know before scheduling here. November 11, 2025
