Absolutely the friendliest clinic I have ever been to. The minute you walk in Laura makes you feel like you're home. The assistant was so kind and caring. Dr Kramer is not like your usual doctor. This man took the time to listen to my concerns and honestly explained all areas that I was needing direction in. Dr. Trichell himself was helpful. However, we spent 10 minutes with him and 2 hours waiting. We called ahead to schedule the appointment for my mother with Dementia. My niece waited with her in the lobby for over an hour, only to be moved to a waiting room for an additional hour. The staff was aware of her diagnosis and completely ignored our request for a timely appointment. They ran behind our original appointment time by 2 hours and 20 minutes. Not one staff member got up to assist my niece with my mother in her wheel chair on the way out. They argued with my niece about my mother being a previous patient, and insisted her assisted living home brought her without our consent. Of course this would prove to be false as they would never remove her from the facility without a family members approval. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I went to Dr. Trichell for treatment of toenail fungus and in the process also got prescription insoles for my poor arch support (pronation.) I did not feel rushed or pushed into treatment, and I appreciated that he didn't take my patronage for granted. He was able to get rid of my fungus completely and it has not come back for several years. As for my arches, I had tried just about every insole at Walmart and also got fitted for insoles at New Balance, with no relief. I didn't like that I couldn't stand in one place visiting with other people without my feet and back hurting after 10 minutes. The best I could do is switch my weight back and forth and keep wishing I could go sit down somewhere. Dr. Trichell measured my feet in multiple ways and custom-ordered stiff plastic insoles that fit my needs exactly. I can now stand without pain and feel confident walking and going up and down hills, knowing my arches are supported well and not just cushioned. My insoles will last me many, many years and were worth every penny, even though my insurance company did not help pay for them. It was worth it, wish I would have done it when I was a young adult instead of putting my knees and ankles in so much strain all these years. read more

I let an ingrown toenail get worse and worse over a year and just tried to take care of it myself. Until I was driving to work about 2 weeks ago and I had had enough. I was about to go out of town that weekend and just couldn't handle it. I called and the receptionist let me know they could fit me in that day but I needed to get there about 20-30 before my appointment to fill out paperwork and to give time since it was a last minute appointment. In my head I'm like that's it? I don't mind being anywhere a little bit early if it means taking away the pain. I got there and the front desk gentleman was super friendly, and the office manager was so great in explaining price and payment options (Care Credit Rocks!). Another lady talked to me while my toe was getting worked on (thankfully because I'm definitely squeemish). I saw Dr. Teufel and he was really nice, and made sure the whole thing didn't hurt. Just randomly found them online, and it was the best random choice I could have made. Between the 4 of them they made the whole process super easy and friendly. read more
