I also found some Johnson and Murphy shoes on sale. I was disappointed that I was never approached by a sales representative like the "old days". Joseph A Banks seems to have gotten away from the kind of service I experienced in the past. It now feels like an off the rack store versus the old service model of ensuring you got clothing that fit right. Fortunately, I know my shirt sizes.

I understand there is a process to getting fitted, but it should not take more than 2 hours to complete (this was not even during busy season). Additionally, with the absurd price you pay for the rentals they provide, you would expect to be fitted CORRECTLY. I once had already left the store and was driving home 30 minutes later when I received a phone call, telling me they had forgotten several measurements and needed to re-measure. The employees themselves were very kind and respectful, but seemed unprepared and untrained for the task of measuring people efficient!
