My daughter was diagnosed with MTHFR at 17 years old, we were able to manage it (or so we thought…read morewith daily deplin) 6 years later she was really struggling again with depression, migraines, low energy, and just overall feeling really crappy. We were ready to seek out anxiety and or depression drugs thinking this was our last hope...Then she found Dr J, (a friend at her job recommended her)...THANK GOD! After lots of extensive blood work she figured out where she was deficient and once she got her balanced, I got my Happy Daughter Back! I am so excited to go see her to talk about my hormones!

Behavior that had never existed prior ( anger, severe depression, panic attacks, paranoia & even migraines ) She would have full blown panic attacks almost anywhere with sometimes the most minimal circumstances . And it began to affect all our lives. My teen was not an adult. So I was hesitant in allowing pharmaceutical drugs to be our first choice. After treatment from Dr J, my daughter goes from daily, life altering occurrences to occasional nuances. No migraines, no panic attacks, & short periods of depression. Dr Johnson is compassionate and talks through every aspect of your medical history. She will test your blood, thyroid and hormone levels. I am not the only person on the internet that sings her praises. And we are forever grateful to her.

I had never seen a chiropractor, but…read moremy PCP recommended these doctors to me after a Google search for one that would take my insurance and it has helped SO MUCH! I have seen Dr. Weaver and Dr. Wilson and both have been such a blessing for getting me in quickly, setting up plans to get me feeling better as quickly as possible, and always working around my many other health problems and appointments. The Lee's Summit location is where I go and it is super-convenient, the staff is wonderful, and the care I get is first rate! I cannot thank them enough for getting me fixed up so quickly every time!!! Getting old sucks, but these people know how to help you feel better and the whole staff has fun personalities!

Overall very unprofessional they called me and billed my card after I said I did not want to keep it on file and they didn't have authorization to bill me.

The office manager was very nice and friendly. I entered from the back of the building into the office building but that entrance is locked and they don't use it. They have an exterior entrance on the north west side of the building - use that. The decor is serene and there is Zen/yoga music playing in the background. I was really impressed with how the consultation went - Dr Yoo listened to my issue and was patient as I explained all of my previous treatments. He asked questions and really took his time. He then explained a treatment plan for me. I decided to do my first treatment while there instead of scheduling out. Before he started, he did a thorough ortho exam--he's a trained Chiropractor too but doesn't practice anymore. After so many years of pain, I didn't believe him when he said it would take 1 to 3 treatments only. But I think he's right. I woke up for the first time in 6 years without the pain. I'm going for another treatment to ensure complete therapy but I'm really impressed. Overall, you'll need to be patient. I think he sees several patients at once which is the same experience I've had at two other acupuncturists. But he listens, is friendly and he knows what he's doing. The staff is friendly and I found the place to be clean and comfortable.

Cons: There can be better control on schedule/calender. For 1 hr acupuncture it took almost 3 hours. I was not able to handle rest of my day's schedule. Rooms are smaller and can be cleaner. Will go back if they excercise better time management.
