When you walk in the door Matt is so genuine when he greats you. Denise is comforting and transparent at the same time. When I started coming here I had to take my anxiety meds just to come. Now I don't. That treat you like they have known you forever. Denise has saved my teeth! That keeps me smiling. They get me right in! There is a reason I drive an hour to this Dentist family and when you find one you trust, you can sit in that chair with confidence and walk out with a smile. Maybe a bit sideways while numb but on the inside I'm smiling. They have no clue just how precious they are to me. Now, if they could corporate a family Dr. attached to their building ran the same way that I trust in the same way, THAT WOULD BE GOLDEN!!! This last visit i was supposed to come in for a cleaning but i had a tooth bothering me so bad I couldn't eat anything. They got me in right away. (One hour drive) they weren't upset about me having to cancel the cleaning that was actually supposed to be the next day, actually suggested it, and then she told me she would call me the next week on her lunch break or after her work day to see how my tooth was doing!!!! THIS is care, and going the extra mile because she cares. This made my heart smile. It isn't just the obvious things they excel at, it is the compassion that many Doctors today sadly are missing probably because of stress and chaos in the world. But I can see she hasn't lost the love for what she does. Remembers why she wanted to become a Dentist and must enjoy helping others. It shows in her leadership with her staff and her outpouring confidence in knowledge and caring touch with her patients. What really stood out was how they treated me with compassion and honesty every step of the way. During my most recent visit, I needed multiple extractions. Initially, they were listed as surgical extractions, but the procedure ended up being much easier than expected. Instead of sticking with the higher-cost billing, the staff reclassified them as simple extractions, which saved me hundreds of dollars. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
